The receptionist didnt treat me like a guest in good standing and it was a long debate over the room he gave me. I reserved a King Suite, , he put me in a standard room. I had to debate it for 20 minutes and he checked my reservation on my phone. I still had to show him the header " King Suite" . We booked for 2 nights. and he checked the suite and it wasn't occupied. Then he couldnt give me the room because it was booked for someone else the following night. I felt that it was not very professional nor courtious. The room pictured on my reservation was acctually that room in the firsf place. I was not allowed to have it because the checkout time was 11am and check in was 3pm and he felt it was to short a time frame for the room to be preped for the following day. Totally rude and inaccurate, as well an insult and was nothing in the way of helpful or friendly. He put us in the 3rd choice of smaller less impressive room and the suite remained vacant for the conveinence of the future guests. I found this to be insulting and I dont feel they have a very professional way of treating people. I have stayed there over a dozen times. I have always stayed in there suites. I always leave the room clean and take my garbage out. I tip all the staff and remain offended by the actions taken and the lack of interest toward my comfort .

Really noisy. Other patrons are really rude and inconsiderate when they enter the common hallways late at night and have no sense of other peoples needs. Feral people

It was very poorly cleaned. Spots all over the walls, rings from cups on the night stands, loads of dust and crumbs behind furniture, marks on the floor in the bathroom, marks in the bathtub, the shampoo and conditioner bottles were almost empty and looked smashed. As for the staff, when we arrived the man at the front desk literally did not say a single word other than our room number, made us a little uncomfortable. Breakfast tasted horrible, especially the eggs.

The jacuzzi was spotlessly clean and worked amazing it was so fun. The bed was also very clean and pretty comfortable to say the least. The room also smelt very nice and the heater worked very well, maybe even too well!

I did find it kind of strange that they only have 1 door to enter the building

I noticed that the room that I booked was to small when I arrived so I asked the front desk if there’s anyway we could get a more spacious room and they didn’t hesitate. 24 hour pool/spa, complimentary breakfast, comfortable beds and great staff

Too many loud noises from kids up and down the hall, doors shutting. Other guests not realizing they were not the only people staying there. Non of this was the fault of the staff.

Hallways blocked with cleaning carts all day. Doors left open to laundry areas..buckets of chemicals sitting in open areas with easy access by anyone including children. Noise

We were told there was a 5 star breakfast. That did not even qualify as a 1 star breakfast. All we wanted was eggs and sausage. We could eat neither. Both products did not even seem real. Cold, hard, and like chemical food. The eggs were a rubbery disc, sausage off Grey and rubbery as well. We packed up and had to drive to Shari's. Breakfast cost us over $50.00 with the tip. Very disappointed.

The breakfast room, pool, and spa/hot tub were all closed for renovation. There was no notice of this on Booking.com or the hotel website. If breakfast was still available, instructions on where we're not given.
