The staff was very welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. It was better than I expected. We will definitely be back!

This is our 3rd time staying here and the staff has ALWAYS been wonderful, except for our check out earlier today. We decided to stay an extra night and the front desk representative, Melissa I believe her name is (short skinny woman with black hair pulled in a bun), was NOT friendly and NOT helpful at all to help our check back in smooth and easy. She refused to call the manager when we asked, she got mad that I didn’t book the room with the pull out bed (she stated that all the king size rooms were unavailable even though I had just booked a king size room thru booking.com), she was extremely rude at breakfast. It seemed to be a bother that we asked her instead of the “breakfast lady” when it seemed like the waffle batter machine was out. She stormed over and pushed down on the nozzle and said “it’s not out, there’s plenty of waffle batter left, you need to PUSH DOWN!” She walked away from us without resolving our issue of wanting to book another night. She said to come back at noon. She was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional and unfortunately inhospitable. The manager eventually let us stay in the room we originally were in so we didn’t have to check back in and repack, but besides her apology for her fellow employee she stated that she would buy us Starbucks the next morning. For a procedure that should have taken less than 5 minutes, it disrupted our day and it caused us to forfeit a huge delivery order which led to a loss of pay for us. I feel as though we should have at least been offered a free night stay or a decent discount rate for a room in the future. We are deeply disappointed in how this situation was handled but we most likely will still continue to book here because the rest of the staff there is WONDERFUL! We did love the hot tub but unfortunately the jets are still being repaired and the elevator was down for majority of the day.

King size bed is super comfortable. Free breakfast offered is pretty good.

It’s beside a fairly busy highway. The view is spectacular but an east facing room would be quieter.

Sometimes it’s all about the staff. They have a superb front of house that really seems to care. From the little freebies to the friendly check in to the solid breakfast spread. The inn is a little tired in places but it’s well kept up and is just a solid little place. Easy walk over the old bridge right in front of the hotel to get downtown.

A little outdated decor but that's not super important, just an observation. Ac unit in the room didn't work well.

People were nice, lots of good perks. Who doesn't love warm, homemade cookies at night? Spa and pool are nice as well. Bed was large and awesome. We were upgraded to a nicer suite. Suite was large, very clean.

There was stains on bedspread which created a sense of uncertainty about the cleanliness of upholstery. Maybe a little musty smell. Carpet needs repair.

Some of the furniture was dated, and it was a little noisy given close proximity to the highway.

There was a constant loud hum from some sort of fan that was irritating.

Close to all the shopping and restaurants we like to share and eat at. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds.

Decaf coffee urn in the morning (5:00 a.m) was cold and bitter, as if left out overnight. Some variety on breakfast would be fun, but everything was fine. Also: rates went up as we extended our stay day by day. Odd.

Rooms were nice and clean, and comfortable. One front desk person was kind of grumpy one afternoon, but the same person was cheerful and helpful the next.

The directions were misleading, they’ve gotten a new median on the road that connects from the highway, but if you’re coming from main Wenatchee it’s not possible to enter at the entrance.

Floors in the room were VERY creaky and old but not a huge deal unless trying to use the bathroom in the night without disturbing your roommate/partner. Breakfast was generous and well stocked, but it was pretty "packaged".. processed etc. and not something we wanted to eat: waffle mix, , packaged sausage gravy, pre-made biscuits, strange looking eggs... I'm sure it was fine but it isn't "real" food if that is important to you (it is to us). There were some oranges which is all we really had along with some coffee each morning with one plain biscuit.
