Breakfast selection wasn’t great, parking was inconvenient, room needs more attention to cleaning detail areas such as corners, doors, etc ( dust and dirt collection) and no lock on the bathroom barn door.

Great location and decor was very nice. Pool was nice although we only stayed one night so didn’t use it. Room was nice and spacious. Beds were comfortable.

Lots of elevators not working. Some deterioration of concrete along rails. Shower was sub par.

Attentive staff. The food was outstanding. Lisa, the waitress at the 4th floor restaurant was excellent. Room was very comfortable.

I found only one ice machine in the entire resort -- it was pretty far from the room. Bathroom door was difficult to close. Elevator was under repair, but a second elevator was just a few steps away. I stayed during an insanely busy weekend and parking was a challenge.

Foremost, the key cards actually work! Nice room layout with lots of space. Happy hour reception was fun and breakfast options were plentiful. Great location with grocery stores down the street and easy navigation to anywhere in Scottsdale.

Breakfast was very very crowded. Omlet line out the door and into an adjacent space. The easily access breakfast bar food was not good.

The only thing was that our AC was not working very well, but it was fine so we did not report. Two elevators were down and under repair.

Everything was fantastic. The room was great, the facility was great and felt very safe. The staff was excellent and wanted to help make our stay great. The complimentary breakfast was awesome.

Our suite was not very clean Carpeting was matted with dirty. The bathtub was dirty looking from years of wear and the sofa was also dirty The sliding door into the bathroom needed a wipe as it was also grubby looking

The free Buffet breakfast was very good and so was the managers reception The pool and the hot tub are both very good

The smell of the room was stale and moldy, which I did complain about. There was to be a $25 plus Tax taken off of the bill have not seen it as of yet.

My experience at breakfast was delightful and was met with excellent service. We had the pleasure to meet the Manager on staff which was a wonderful touch to our stay.

Pretty much all of the elevators were not working as a large family we needed to make multiple trips up and down the stairs. When we did get in a “working” elevator it was stifling hot inside and it took forever to move.

Room was large and spacious perfect for our family of five and our dog. Beds were comfortable and pillows were amazing. Breakfast was very good lots of options and the fruit was very fresh. Our kids loved the pool.

Parking was a little scarce near the hotel rooms and the parking lot in the back was dimly lit and a little scary at night. Maybe security back there additional lighting would make customers feels safer.

A bit expensive. Guest laundry was awful and you had to pay for it. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.

We liked the grounds and the breakfast was phenomenal! Love the suite style with private bedroom.
