Warm friendly staff, super helpful with any questions I had and recommendations on things to do. The property is beautiful. We stayed at the carriage house. We had a beautiful spacious room, the bed was SO comfortable, I loved the antique finishes, cozy warm fireplace, soft leather furniture, quality products, and spacious whirlpool tub.. to name a few. We had a lovely experience and will surly visit again.

Breakfast and one dinner not included in stay anymore. Also feel the breakfat price at $20 each is a bit much. You don't have the Elopement package anymore. I have sent so many to your establishment for that because it was so perfect. No Red lights or Valentine decor in main areas and dinning room as there has always been. Many changes, some good others feel blah. The Little Bear that was always on the porch is gone.

Christmas Farm Inn is very special to us as we got married there 6 years ago on Valentine's Day. Our room was big, wonderful and clean as it always is. Loved the Jacuzzi. The Champagne and Chocolate covered Strawberries were delicious. We always bring some of ours Valentine decor for the room. People very friendly as they always are.

The bathroom felt a little worn. Also some of the furnishings in the living room and bar looks to have been updated since I last stayed here and I didn't feel that they were in keeping with the historic nature of the inn. Also was disappointed that most of the Christmas decorations had already been taken down ( I was there on January 11).

Lovely historic inn in beautiful village.

It would have been nice for the pub open for food! The Christmas dinner was a little bit more than we could muster in one sitting! And the sidewalk/ path from carriage house to pool was a bit dicey with a few good wide spots off ice! Should be heated or treated! Had to walk on the side that way we didn't wipe out! Spa was closed kinda was thinking that would have been great to get a massage! Another that that we had a great time there! Just deciding we're coming back again!

It was a nice little get away in holiday theme! very nicely laid out property! Loved the stone fireplace in the lobby!

There is definitely some maintenance to be done and general upkeep in the rooms. For example peeling wall paper and our toilet was very temperamental. The Christmas trees were definitely past their prime and looked a little grey and dropping needles everywhere.

The size and amenities in the room are fantastic for the price and very comfortable. The theme was great and the interior decorating for Christmas was great. All of the staff were very helpful and we enjoyed the "texting the front desk" ability. We stayed in the Carriage House in suite number 12, 12 Drummers Drumming.

Spa was freezing and uncomfortable. Thanksgiving dinner was just ok and it wasn’t what expected for the cost. We specifically came up for this dinner, it was a little of a let down. The restaurant should have been decorated for the holiday as it was outside. Overall was ok.staff was nice.

Very nicely decorated and staff were friendly

The cleanliness. The beds and towels were impeccable, but everything else was old and probably never cleaned (couch, rugs, pillows on the couch). I barely sat on the smelly dirty couch.

I liked the location and the design of the room. Overall appearance.

I tried unsuccessfully to schedule spa appointments for my husband and myself. I did this a couple weeks out as suggested. You can’t book over the phone because no one answers preteens your call. You have to make a request with rough appointment times with you 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choice of slots and hope someone responds. I did receive confirmation of an appt for my husband, but received an email a week later saying it had been canceled. I would’ve loved to have tried the spa, but hopefully when we return in the future it is easier to schedule. Otherwise, only minor complaints. The walls in the barn are very thin, so we heard every word of our neighbors conversations. I get it, it’s old and rustic. We got earplugs for the night and everyone was happy. The sitting area of the barn is also a little dingy. Old carpets and the sofa had some stains on it. The indoor pool is a nice amenity, but unfortunately it wasn’t heated during our stay, so the kids didn’t enjoy it. We did let the front desk know about that, but never went back to see if it was warmer the next day.

The Inn is quaint, rustic, and in a great location for activities. The barn suite was very unique. Our family very much enjoyed our time here for a long Fall weekend. We utilized both the restaurant and the pub. The food was very good, and the service was decent although it seemed there was a lot of new staff. My husband and I loved the bartender, Erica, in the pub. She is fantastic, knowledgeable, and an asset to the Inn!

The property is secluded and private. The rooms are dated; however, extremely clean and comfortable. Our family loved our stay!

Indoor swimming pool is very cold. We were not the only family surprised by the temperature. At reception we were told it’s kept at room temperature which certainly doesn’t feel that way and still made it the coldest indoor pool we’ve ever experienced.

A very nice and cozy place to stay in a lodge, close to a nice forest trail. A decent restaurant, good breakfast places in nearby Jackson village.
