I stayed five days, and they didn’t clean up or change towels, not even once since it was a long stay.

It has parking, and the local is pretty good. You can walk for a few minutes to get public transportation.

There was very little storage, could have done with a small wardrobe. One hook with 2 coat hangers wasn't sufficient, had to keep most of my clothes in my suitcase or stack on the chair and small fridge

It was a clean and comfortable hotel. Location was pretty good, just 20 minute walk from a lot of things to do

The elevators were not working. We had to carry our suitcases up.

The Elevator was out of service for our entire visit. My Partner is partially Disabled. Our booking was made on the basis of a working Lift / Elevator. No indication of when the Elevator was to be repaired. The 'Breakfast' of Coffee, Juice and prepacked Pastries was poor.

A Good Bar and Supermarket were a block away. Bus service runs towards Market Street . Friendly and obliging Manager.

The facilities could use a little improvement, the lift wasn’t working and room was a bit dated. The location isn’t the best (fine if you have a car, but not ideal if you’re relying on public transport) but that’s not the hotel’s fault! Would suggest skipping the breakfast as it is just packaged pastries and bad coffee

It is in a great location for my husband's distance to work. He works 2 different locations and it is right in between. We love that it has a parking garage and feel secure to park our car.

The area is a bit sketchy, one wrong step and you're in Tenderloin nooooo way you can get outside after 6pm, some homeless were right at the corner.

The staff was friendly, they offered to keep our luggage till our evening flight. The breakfast was a nice surprise. Hot water and anything you can expect for the price. Close to everything

The homeless people of SF are very present in this neighborhood. Not the fault of the inn. Just take that into consideration when booking.

Exceptionally friendly staff who took a lot of time to explain everything we needed to know about the inn and San Francisco. He helped us to find our way around the public transport and sightseeing locations.

Wifi wasn't strong enough and slow, no small fridge inside the rooms to cool items and air con was mediocre with it's hot temperature (September gets chilly at night) . Some homeless people around the block but the police station is very close-by too. We had no issues.

How clean the rooms were and service was exceptional. Room for parking car and the coffee beside the accommodation was incredible, must try. Close enough to most things with the order of an uber. Must try the Mexican restaurant around the corner.

The front desk guy was great, gave us tips re walking around the city, where to eat etc, close to the city.

It was a little dirty. Biggest issue is it is very unsafe area. Homeless everywhere within a block. Could not walk after dark.

We arrived earlier and wanted to leave the bags. The receptionist offered us an early check-in for extra money ($10) but it had to be cash. This made me think that there was something seedy going on and that they just wanted to earn extra money while there was not such a policy at the hotel itself. Usually, if the room is ready before the check-in time, hotels just let you check in early. Here, after the "offer," which I declined, I was a bit worried about even leaving my bag with the receptionist. But everything was fine.

It was a reasonable price for SF. The location also is good in terms of proximity to places, but the street itself is really bad, with homeless people completely occupying the sidewalk from Market Street to the hotel direction. But the room was simple and clean, so if you don't want to pay loads of money, take a parallel street while walking towards the hotel.
