Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThe front desk people were flat. And the walls in the hall and room had lots of dabs of mismatched paint, it looks janky.
Indoor pool and spa were very nice and super clean. Had a great working ice maker. The room was clean and had everything I expected. Comfortable bed and pillows.

United Statesno table other than the desk that had the TV on it. The side tables were part of the wall and I couldn't reach it from the bed to turn off the light. The people in the room next door were having very loud sex for like 2 hrs. The paint and wall paper were peeling off the walls.
The hot tub, and the continental breakfast was pretty good.

United StatesIt was not clean outside the rooms on the hallways and even inside the room. The amenities like shampoo or body soap are from like a 1 star hotel. It just felt like staying at a motel.
The hotel is nice in the shared places like entrance and lobby.

United StatesThe A/C didn't work very well. I turned the temp all the way down and it still didn't get cool, just tolerable. There was mold on the ceiling in the shower. You can see where they used some paint to cover some of it up, but more was there. I expected a much better place for the cost of the room!
Plenty of options for breakfast. Good location.

United StatesThe location was perfect for everything we had planned. The only downside is there was a smell (could’ve been from the moisture of the indoor pool), otherwise the room was very clean, and staff was very kind.

United StatesFirst, the night shift lady was on her cell phone and told me to hold on before she would help us. We were put in a very old, semi updated room on the first floor next to the electric power room. The room had a broken mirror and cracked tiles in the bathroom, along with rust and horrible water stains in shower. The mattress needed to be replaced. It was so lumpy that it was hard to sleep. Food was left in the mini frig from previous visitors. For the look when you walk into the hotel, I would have thought better of the rooms.
Good location, and the room smelled clean. Water pressure in the shower was good.

United StatesIt could use some updating. Wallpaper was peeling in places, paint was scuffed, etc. Looks like it was a beautiful hotel at one point and is still clean but looks like keeping it refreshed and current/cared for has been continually deprioritized for whatever reason.

United StatesIt was advertised as having a hot tub, that was a lie. It was a whirlpool tub and was quite difficult to get in and out of to take a shower. I was quite disappointed for the amount I paid and it not having what it claimed. The furniture in the room was way outdated. The doors on the clothes dresser were falling off, the room looked dirty (might not have been) but when you walked in it felt that way. The person at the desk wouldn't look at anyone was she was talking to them. Very unprofessional in my mind. They ran out of parking spaces and I thought that shouldn't have happened being that they know how many rooms they have. I can not justify going back to stay again. I will not recommend it either.
I liked that it had a bar. I also liked that the suit had two rooms.

United StatesIt was just the totality of all the little things. For a Radisson Hotel, I had higher expectations. The layout of this hotel was terrible. I took 3 wrong turns just looking for my room. One of the 2 elevators was out of order. Once I found my room, while it was clean, it was just "alright". Honestly, I have stayed at nicer Super 8's and Mom and Pop hotels for less money. We got a King room....and that's all it had. No couch and coffee table or table and chairs for the extra space. The hair dryer basically had a "deadman" switch on it. You had to hold the button down to keep it running. The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable and unsupportive, neither one of us could get to sleep. Again....I had better pillows at my last $65 Super 8. Other guest were being loud all night. Yelling, running, dropping things on the floor of their rooms (kept hearing loud thuds overhead). Breakfast was an extra $20/person. I didn't try it. I have been traveling a lot and I was squeamish about another sub-par overpriced hotel breakfast buffet. The building really is in need of an update. And before I forget....the group of people standing just outside the front doors smoking weed....now...I don't care what you do in your own home on your own time, but please take it away from the building....especially if its still illegal in the state. Management needs to do better. And please replace the US Flag out on the pole. It is tattered and frayed. You need a new one.
The room was clean. It was nearby the places we needed to go.
