It's not top-notch, but it's great for the price and location. Top notch meaning not all brand new. Needs a few things but nothing to keep me from staying again. Needs a grab bar for the shower area, some wood trim by the little bedroom is loose and needs repair. Had a fan but not air conditioning that we could locate.

Felt safe there. Only 2.5 blocks to the train. Walking distance to stores and restaurants and the light rail train.

One of the window curtains was broken, it was not properly shutting down. Someone could still see inside. Would suggest the owner to get it fixed.

We opened the windows because it was warm. The windows are right on ground level and lots of people walking very close to the window. The following morning we found the in room portable air conditioner. Would have slept much better with that!

This was a perfect place for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teens) to stay before our cruise from Bayonne. Easy to walk for supper and bagels in the morning. Owners were fantastic to deal with and very prompt w communication.

The location is quite good, with Parking space just in front of the house. The public transport is very convince, the bus 120 to New York central every 35 minute. The house is clean with fully equipped kitchen. The host is very helpful

The parking spot was a tight squeeze, trying to get in and out off sometimes. The couch pull-out bed was not comfortable. We like Bustelo coffee, but we didn't use the coffee since it was an opened container.

Cute downstairs apartment, we liked its proximity to Liberty Park, ferry dock for the Statue of Liberty. It's a quiet, friendly neighborhood. We liked that it had parking and appreciated the low cleaning cost for an airbnb. We were only there for 2 nights, so we didn't get to use the really nice-looking kitchen!

Great location, close to the Hudson River Waterfront Walkway and the New Jersey Turnpike. Wonderful hosts, who responded to our messages quickly and were very flexible regarding our check-in time (we arrived an hour before the official check-in time).

The strong smell of bleach upon entering!! YUCK!!!! No facial tissues, table napkins, nor basic spices like garlic powder but they had Cajun seasoning, which I thought was unusual. No end tables, not much decor , clean but blah!!!!!

Information to Check-In was sent just before arrival and therefore we could not receive it (we don't have roaming in US). So we didn't know how to go into the building. Intercom worked poorly, so it was nearly impossible to understand the talking person.
