This location has a bug problem. The gnats were a bother but my room was also by the pool. And then there were brown bugs 👀 that was the deal breaker for me!

The friendliness of the staff! The Lobby was very comfortable.

The room smelled very moldy and musty. The bathroom was very dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. There were cockroaches in the bathroom every morning.

The location for where I needed to be for work was great. The front desk manager was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast needed more healthy options. Oatmeal, low surgery yogurt and more fresh fruit options. The hot water machine did not work. The drain in the bathtub did not drain efficiently but after a while it did go down.

Location was very close to Costco and other stores. It was also lose to highway. Easy to get in and out of room and ample parking. Hot tub was nice.

The shower started filling with water after a couple of minutes. Drains partially clogged. I alerted the desk but the next night same issue. Not sure why it wasn’t taken care of. It just needed a quick drain snake.

Comfortable rooms. Easy checkin and out. Lots of parking. Decent location for the Clearwater spring training games.

The arcade was hot, and half of the machines were broken. The restaurant/bar hours are VERY limited and could be open for longer. The cleanliness of the room was not up to par. On the last morning, I found a syringe in the corner of the room - pushed up between the edge of the floor and where the wall meets, by the AC unit. I was very shocked and disappointed to see this as it is a huge safety concern.

I liked the staff and everyone we interacted with. I also liked how close it was to the ballpark stadium as we were there for spring training games. I liked the ease of checking and checking out.

Well, for the second year we had to ask them to clean the drain. It was ankle deep but the time the shower ended. They were prompt, fixed easily. That should probably be done between rentals because there is no where to catch hair and I’m sure that’s what it was. This year, we had no AC for the first three nights there. We borrowed a fan from our local friends. We did tell the desk, they said they would take care of it. Nothing. They finally fixed it on Wednesday. It was so uncomfortable. When they came to fix it it was much nicer!! Thankfully it wasn’t hot outside. This property could be amazing if they just fixed some little things, it’s just upkeep, like the shower drains, faucets, grout etc. so much potential.

This is our second year staying at this property. It is very convenient for what we need, close to friends and close to where we needed to go. The breakfast is good, we enjoyed being able to have a nice breakfast in the morning.

Needs an upgrade. Photos online must have been taken 20 years ago. There is a musty smell throughout, mainly the elevator and our room. The room was damp, bathroom so old it looks dirty.

Suites had lots of room. Beds are super comfortable. Close to everything. The pool was great. The bar downstairs is convenient.

Having to eat breakfast in the restaurant. I was not told of this at check in so when I arrived for breakfast in my pjs, I didn't realize I'd have to eat there with everyone.

Location to my event was great. Breakfast was as well! It was a busy morning and the attendant was keeping everything restocked. Great job!

Was more motel than hotel. I wouldn't have booked if I had known. But was only for 1 night. Door had been kicked in sometime and never properly repaired. Paltry breakfast.

The room was barely clean. There was trash behind the bed. Hair and dust on the counter and tub. The jacuzzi area closed at 9pm.

The bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the office chair and desk. There was a nice jacuzzi. I wasn’t that far from the mall and major chain restaurants. The hotel is on the bus line. I do like that this hotel is not too far from Clearwater Beach.

The room we were in was very noisy being right at the pool and nonstop staff pushing carts and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance plus guest at the pool or walking, talking by the room at all times day and night!

No working Ice machines and the fake Hugh Hefner that had about 20 girls walking around half naked and smoking weed at the pool.. 1 blunt is ok but they had 5 at a time. Felt like a snoop dog concert which woulda been fine if there wasn’t tons of kids..

The kiddie pool and although very little options having free breakfast is always a plus.

The pillows or extremely uncomfortable. Air conditioning was extremely loud. It sounded like a jet taking off every time it cut back on. Did not appreciate the dead bugs left on the floors.

Beds were comfortable. .Free breakfast was good.
