The staff was excellent from the front desk to the breakfast prep gal to housekeeping. Breakfast included hot eggs, sausage/bacon, home fries plus the usual continental items. Very good. The serving area and hotel in general was very fresh and clean.

The room was very large and included a couch and work station. The location is great as it looks out onto Clearwater Harbor and the Edgewater Drive Park. Breakfast is included with the room and it included make it yourself waffles, eggs, bacon or sausage (varies daily) bagels, cereals, oatmeal, fruit juice, coffee, tea, ect. Would definitely stay here again.

Our first room when we walked in was filled with the smell of marijuana. We were given another room. It was clean but there was brown marks on the bathroom walls. One towel had stains on it. The coffee maker was missing the holder so we couldn't make coffee. Needs some fresh paint to cover spots.

The worker, who was taking care of breakfast, placed the eating utensils with the eating end outword (in the round utensil containers), which is a hygiene issue, since anyone and everyone, who grabs a fork/knife/spoon is going to touch the other ones. I showed her this, and she got the message and fixed it, despite the language barrier. English was clearly not her first language; she could barely speak English.

The room was incredible. Very clean and modern ... and spacious. Also, the beds were so comfortable. I got a great night sleep. Also, there is a very nice sidewalk across the street, which follows the shoreline of the Gulf of Mexico. You can walk down to Dunedin if you want. It was such a beautiful walk. The hotel staff (behind the counter) were incredible. Very nice and helpful. And the breakfast was very good. I think the price is fair for that area.
