The doors were raggedy you can see through them worry someone will come in my room, the ceiling in the bathroom leaking. The TV did not work. The phone did not work shortage in the lamps, outdated furniture, and the bed was hard.

The headboard was broke in my room I reported it and it never got fixed. Also in my other room only one lamp had worked. My disabled soon to be wife was very unsatisfied. The handicap shower head was not working.

There was graffiti on the door and in drawers. The room could have been cleaner There was a problem with the plumbing and none of the water was draining properly.

THIS BELONGS ABOVE! The majority of the staff was pleasant and accommodating when and where necessary. Low traffic location which was most definitely a plus.

We were there for 6 days and the breakfast was the same, the only hot thing they served was waffles,there was no meat of any kind, no potatoes, no eggs, no cereal no oatmeal. It was a waffles and yogurt kind of week. We were quite disappointed with the lack of breakfast selections. Housekeeping half-cleaned, services were not offered and had to be requested.Rooms could definitely use some upgrading peeling wallpaper, chipped paint an overall neglect. THIS BELONGS BELOW!

The facilities could use an update, but they were NOT dirty.

The hotel itself and the rooms were very clean. The facilities could definitely use an update. I would love to see better soap in the room for the shower as well. I think that the beds were full instead of queen. Overall, we got what we paid for and we are satisfied. You don't stay in a room for half the price of the surrounding hotels to be "Wowed".

Breakfast was very bland, could definitely be better for the price that we paid also my spouse was treated very badly because he wanted to make a couple extra waffles to bring to me in in the room I thought that was very rude of the person that is the breakfast attendant and would hope that in the future he doesn't get treated that way again

The hotel needs an update. The furnishings are old. The hallway and rooms smell a little musty. The entrances around the hotel are key card entrances, which is great for keeping guests secure, however the back door does not shut and is open at all times. There are people in the neighborhood who take advantage of this and use the pool. It was constantly full of people. Also there are large sticky stains in the hallway carpets that need to be steamed out. They are so sticky that the one in front of our door pulled my sandal off of my foot. The carpet throughout the hotel was what brought it down. It definitely needs to be replaced. And they don't have control over this, but just FYI there is road construction going on in front of the hotel right now, so we took a side entrance near the circle k, no big deal.

Location was convenient. Courtyard around the pool area was gorgeous. Beds were comfy. Staff was really nice. Room was really big! Nice cold air conditioning. Ice machine!! Plenty of free parking around the building. Really close to a circle K so we didn't have to go far for snacks or filling up the car.

The hotel needs some serious remodeling. Furniture was outdated and VERY noticably dirty so we got extra sheets to cover chair and pullout couch. The carpet had noticable stains. The backdoor was a "security" door but absolutely wasn't, it didn't close and lock at all.

Location was great. We were in town for a family reunion, the hotel was close to family and events. The outside pool area was nice and looked clean but can't say for sure because we didn't get a chance to use it.

The hotel was unclean and loud, and the pool was dirty. We stayed for the breakfast and pool, but the breakfast was disappointing. The only option was waffles, with no milk or cereal available. The oranges were not even wiped. I would not recommend staying here if you're looking for a decent complimentary breakfast.

There was a huge group of people and young kids who were very loud and hogging the pool. That night they could be heard until about 11:00.in my room. Crying kid etc. Was ready to complain but didn’t. The next night was better.

The courtyard and pool is ♨️fire! The exterior of the premises needs maintenance.
