No insulation, the quiet time is a joke. We came for the car show so expected noise but it sounded like the cars were in our room.

Parking and the outdoor space aren’t great. Small things like hooks for used towels in the bathroom were over looked. The Wi-Fi was down or too weak to work through the trip and they have smart TVs with YouTube TV - so that meant no tv to want h while I’m the room on a rainy morning

It is centrally located to town and walking distance to the beach.

I had reserved a room with two queen beds and a sofa bed, but upon checking in, I discovered that the room only had two queen beds and lacked the sofa bed. Since it was late at night and I was already tired, and all our belongings were already in the room, I decided not to inquire about the missing sofa bed at that moment. However, I believe the hotel should have provided the room that I had reserved and paid for during check in. Also, if you intend to bring clothes that need ironing, please note that they do not provide irons.

I like that the Inn is walking distance from restaurants and other stores.

The location of the room right on the main street in town. Anybody could walk by and bang on our window and knock on the door. To their credit the room was quiet considering it was on the main street, but still a little uncomfortable being right on the main street on street level.

Staff was in a separate building a few blocks away, but we had no specific problem from it.

Newly upgraded with a nice beach feel. Comfortable bed and pillows. Convenient to downtown. Spacious room. It would be a great place for a prolonged stay.

I liked the low entry shower, but it could have been a little wider. It was hard to move around in the shower without the curtain going out and water going everywhere. The mattress wasn’t as comfortable as I remember the last time we stayed.

Coming from Arizona I was surprised there was no air conditioning. I was happy to find the room cooled quickly when we opened the windows. We slept great.

It was cute a cozy and close to sites we wanted to see.

There was an odor outside. The tv didn’t fully work kept freezing on any channel. There was light shining in the window of the door although I didn’t mind it woke up some family members.

Very nice place to go for vacation, the check in is a little tricky, but the unit is wonderful, make sure to contact them before you arrive to get a smoother check in.

The only thing to be aware of is that the rooms don’t have A/C, which is not something I thought to check for coming from VA! But the fan worked pretty well and we were there in late July, probably near as hot as it gets.

Exactly what I needed: a cheap and straightforward motel stay for an overnight. We stopped here on our way up the coast and it was a perfectly good place to rest our heads and keep going. It’s right on 101, which is convenient.

The fridge made an awful sound all night. Also, the window didn't open.and it didn't have air conditioning, so it was very warm even with the fan on.

The hotel is owned and operated from another hotel down on 3rd. We had to go to the office physically several times because getting hold of someone on the phone was nearly impossible. Also, first world problem- the bathroom was super tiny and did not have a detachable shower head. This made life with a toddler a bit interesting.

Loved how close it was to all the activities and right between both beach heads. The hard floors were so nice with all the sand. The coded locks were so nice- don't have to worry about losing room keys in the sand.

no phone in room (not that we ever use one anyway outside of contacting FD) and no front desk on site, as they say in email due to renos nothing else rly but just some notes for the hotel: We stayed in A8 Floors definitely need a rug, probably two, doesn't need to be big or fluffy, can b a matt rug. Its just super empty looking (is prob on the to do list but just in case) Our room was missing a bug screen on the window bedding blanket was definitely summer mode, something thincker would be nice come cold season

the pictures r tru, the outside is a lie. They r doing renos and I'm assuming they'll raise rates after but rooms all have brand new floors and furniture and beds, smart TV etc. Was clean, nice staff, walking location, definitely worth for the price loved the wall signs, especially the "beware of octopus" on top of the toilet XD
