Hadley cottage at Cobblescote on the Lake is absolutely charming, cozy and comfy. The views were fantastic!! Breakfast was delicious!

Dust and mold on shower curtain.....it was reported which they probably took care of.

View and Location were exceptional. The hosts were warm and friendly and we enjoyed talking with them. They are located across from a beautiful lake with boating available.

Serene and tranquil location overlooking the lake. Genevieve is accommodating and had local knowledge. Check in is pretty straightforward and they limit the guests in the property which makes it more private.

On the lake Close to the Fenimore museum, Farmers museum, Blue Ming restaurant, Sam’s boat yard and about 4 miles from downtown Cooperstown. Family-run place so there’s personal pride in the comfort of the guests. A good place for small family reunions.

We could not work the cable tv. The shower valve mechanism in our room fell apart in my hand.

We needed to leave. No. Concerns that any human had control over. The room was clean comfortable, and the grounds, outside and in had a good "feel" about them. Our travel plans changed at the last second and we were accommodated with no hesitation.

What a beautiful setting, truly one of the most beautiful and peaceful settings I have ever had while staying at a B&B. Very accommodating staff, if what was on the menu for the day was not desired, the staff's response was "what would you like". Every breakfast we had was perfect. You cannot beat the energy of the front porch.

To go to the water, it was a lot of steps and pretty steep for me. I'm older and have a bad knee, so I wasn't even going to attempt the stairs. The road is also busy at certain times, so it can be a bit scary to cross.

The view is spectacular, the owners are very nice. Really can't say anything bad about it. We stayed in the deck suite. I highly recommend it.
