Noisy location at intersection of two busy roads. Room was clean, though not in good repair. Obviously older property. Stains on bedspread, back of entrance door extremely dirty, table legs loose and wobbly.

No elevator to reach second floor for disabled person. Hot in hallways and no air in hallway. Water pressure was terrible and shower made loud screeching noise.

We were able to get a room late. Staff was friendly. Place was clean.

Bed sheets and towels were dingy. They almost bordered, dirty.  The room had a very moldy smell to it.  we had to burn candles and incense.

Booked by mistake( I thought I was completing the booking a Syracuse, NY motel not the Albany motel)--When I got the confirmation, I saw I had booked wrong motel, but I could not cancel. Education is expensive wherever you get it.

Room and bathroom were VERY small. Fine for a brief stay just to have someplace to sleep, but I wouldn't stay long term. Location was good in terms of other businesses nearby and easy to find from the highway. However, the parking lot is hard to turn into coming from the highway and easy to miss.

Staff was amazing, very accommodating. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Water pressure was phenomenal!

Bathroom was super tiny. Ants everywhere!!! Don't bring any food with you into ground floor rooms since they are off the parking lot, by two feet, if you have any food at all, even baby formula you'll get trails of ants very quickly! Checked in with a baby in a stroller and clerk gave me a 2nd floor room, they don't have an elevator so I had to go back and get a new room on the ground floor. Not a problem though. Room was very small, not much moving around room with a baby stroller aginst the heater.

Room was newly renovated. Nice flooring, looked nice and clean which was a change from how they used to look. I wonder if they changed the jacuzzi rooms too or have them the same Victorian decorated way.

our room had a window coming out on a staircase - no natural light and somone was constatly smoking pot - the smell was really bed.

good location if you just pass by nd don;t visit Albany - close the the higway and restaurants

the highway was just outside my room. couldn’t sleep with the traffic noise. I am handicapped and asked for. first floor room. they couldn’t put me in one and offered to only cancel my reservation. I needed the reservation so I stayed. there were no elevators and the walk upstairs with and without luggage was Terrible. they said the room came with breakfast, they didn’t put any out. the staff when I checked in was less than accommodating.

There's no elevator for the second floor, just outside stairway. To be fair the online location detail does disclose this so I expected it. There were odd oversights: a table lamp with burned out bulb; a rod for clothes & coats but no hangars. Two (2) tv screens: the big one in back unplugged, got picture but no sound w/replugged; smaller screen in front obviously swapped in to replace the big screen temporarily and that one got picture and sound, but notably both tvs got only one default channel presumably because the remote provided didn't go with either one. Desk cheerfully sent someone up to help with getting channel selection, but it couldn't be fixed. Luckily I liked most of the programming on ch13 once they quit covering sports so told them to let it go :) Bottom line I was comfortable enough for one night stay, but the room could be improved on in these mentioned ways.

This turned out NOT to be the motel I thought I had stayed at before on Wolf Rd. although the one I was remembering was also no-frills so that wasn't a problem for me. This place is older &a bit shabby in parts, but my room was meticulously clean including the bathroom, a desk to work on, comfortable couch for lounging, clean comfortable nicely made up bed. Also a small fridge, working coffee pot, hair dryer. Very secure door, plenty of drawers if for long stay, convenient location for me and in walking distance of food options. Parking was clear view from my room, which I like. Staff was very pleasant and helpful!

The linens were all grey,dirty looking. The bathroom was tiny and not really clean.The place was noisy all night, between traffic and residents and their dogs.

The coffee in room was good,but machine was inconveniently placed.The chair was comfy.

This place is a hole. The room is a 2x4, is very outdated and was not clean. It was so hot in the room that it made me nauseous. TV mounted poorly, ghosty channels and couldn’t adjust the volume to turn it down. Huge reddish stain on the ceiling above the bed, only a couple of lights in the room worked, dirty-looking towels, filthy stained bathtub, dirty grout on the tiled floor, peeling caulk, mold and dirty ceiling above the bathtub. The bathroom is so tiny you’ll hit your knees on the toilet paper roll when sitting on the toilet. Located right on the corner of a busy intersection and the traffic noise was intolerable. Stairs to the 2nd level are very steep and dangerous. I’ve machine broken. Sketchy people outside. There’s no way I was going to stay there. I rested a couple of hours then got back on the thruway to continue my journey home from Maine. I will never stay here or recommend it to anyone.

Nothing there were holes in the walls. It took 20 minutes for the hot water to come in for the shower.
