Breakfast closing at 9am. No military discount even though it is in a military town.

The check in clerk was not very good at communicating issues and expectations. Did find a dead water bug but it was the bottom floor and could have come in from outside. The room was very clean though!

The tv volume couldn’t be adjusted on the remote which was annoying bc we only heard the neighbors tv who was watching the same thing as us but it was slightly delayed.

Right down the street from the Coliseum, the room was comfy, had everything we needed to rest after our son’s first Monster Jam event.

I didn't like that there were spiders in my room, and no remote, and i couldn't turn the A/C off, it was locked and blasting my room freezing cold, oh and the eggs for breakfast lol were terrible

I loved the space, it was pretty and there was a nice pool and it was easy check in, I loved the cereal, waffle maker, coffee maker and juice dispensers for breakfast oh and the yogurt one too

The floors could have been a little cleaner in the room. I understand mop water can get re-used, but they felt a bit sticky. Maybe recommend the cleaning staff empty the bucket bit more often.

Check in was smoothe and easy, friendly staff. Location is good and near everything you need, walking is also a possibility to restaurants and so on. Parking situation is great.

The smell on the hall ways and the room at times was a bit off, smelled like humid air. Bathroom was a bit outdated.

Breakfast and the staff where great. Clean location! It was quiet for the most part. Good TV size, Coffee Maker in the room and microwave. Good size room with a 2 chair dinning table.

Property does not accept virtual card payments like Affirm. I tried explaining the convenience of virtual pay which is the same as having a credit or debit card, it is accepted at all hotels and motels . I have used it before at other hotels including Best Western . I feel the front desk just didn’t know how to do the transaction. He was getting frustrated and refused to listen All he had to do was enter the Virtual Credit Card number manually.

Smell of weed. You can hear a lot of noise from rooms beside you and in the hall. The window at the end of the hall was open for some reason and I ended up with a lot of mosquito bites that I think came in from the open window.

It's an older hotel but has been renovated. Breakfast area was in the lobby. Bathrooms are very small.

The bed was uncomfortable as the mattress springs could be heard and felt with every movement. In addition, the mattress was too soft with minimal to no support.. Management should consider upgrading the beds for a more comfortable stay.

Proximity to Hampton Coliseum and dining is great.

We had some issues with the AC unit making a ticking noise in our room. The front desk staff came to observe to try to fix the issue as it was after hours. He was scheduled to come back and didn’t which I get it was a little late I had to call again and we eventually was able to switch rooms. The building looks old but the rooms were decent
