1 bed base was broken and loud, blankets had white stains, which made it impossible to use, and the carpet looked dirty. I wish it had a microwave.

Location for what I needed.

It was clean and the bed & shower were good but I was disappointed that there was not in room coffee service. There was an ice bucket but no cups etc. And my bath towels were less than desirable (dingy & thin to be honest). But overall what I needed this stay for was perfect. Location etc was ideal for what I needed this visit. Thank you.

Close to the Warner Brothers Studios and Universal. The room was spacious and in good condition. There was a small fridge right near the bed. Ice machine downstairs.

Parking was tight and not enough. Night 2 I keep smelling pot smoke. No breakfast.

It was very clean. It was a great value. It was a good place not too far from Universal Studios Hollywood . Easy drive less than 10 minutes.

The neighborhood isn't nice. The pillows too high, not comfortable The smell of the sewer in the bathroom Most of the restaurants open late around 11 am or 12pm. Not alot of good restaurants around the location. No breakfast

They offer cleaning daily. They have ice machine Really near by Universal Studio. The front desk 24 hours. The deposit only $100 and it took quick to refund after checked out. Parking onsite, no charge. Wifi

When we asked for additional towels in the morning, the gentleman at the front desk. Told me to wait until 11:30 when room service came and he had none in the back. I had to ask a few more times before he got up and got the additional towels. We booked the room for 4 people and 2 towels were in the room.

It was close by all the attractions. It was quite area.

The carpet is very dirty and the neighbors are very loud. There isn’t a microwave in the room and you can only use theirs until 11am.

Small stuff. No supplied hair dryer, no microwave or coffee maker to heat water--although staff did supply the coffee maker upon request.

Location is near center of NoHo, and good for getting around to Universal or local restaurant meetups. Staff knowledgeable about area, gave great recommendations.

While the property is a bit older they have done a nice job with some modern touches.

Great value, great location, friendly staff. Our family of 4 with kids in their 20s appreciated the spacious family room with fridge and microwave and plenty of space to spread out. Perfect location to explore Universal Studios and Hollywood.

Nothing - was great value for money and proximity to parks was fantastic!

Very close to Universal Parks and Warner Brothers tour! We even walked to Universal on one of the days. Great location for the Hollywood sign and Beverley Hills etc. Parking on site. Rooms are a bit tired but it was immaculately clean. Great location, good price!

Walls and doors seemed very thin and every single noise came through from the neighbors and from outside. The mattress was a bit uneven which hurt my back.

It was close to Universal and easy to get in and out of. The office staff were all very friendly and polite.

Unfortunately there were very noisy guests until 3am moving furniture & screaming, not being considered towards other people. The carpet was dirty & smelly
