The room smelled TERRIBLE of old smoke. There was random food in the closet. The sheets kept coming off the bed, and there wasn't anything covering the mattress, which made it smell terrible as well. The outside appearance of the hotel was dingy and disappointing.

The entry flooring to our room, along with the bathroom floor, was very sticky. Our shoes were sticking with each step. We used bath towels as rugs to walk on. The sofa had what appeared to be dried food on it and the lamps were very dusty. The bed was not comfortable and the temperature control did not cool the room. We were very hot all night.

The location was good but entrance was difficult to locate due to no signage. The coffee and breakfast was great! Staff were friendly and welcoming.

We had to keep our TV turned up loud because the people in the room above us stomped back and forth all evening and night.

The air conditioner was so loud it kept us up most of the evening. The beds were very uncertain and there was mold in the bathroom.

room was not properly cleaned. floor was not vacuumed, bathroom not swept, ice bucket left with water in it, bathroom counter not wiped off, elevator and hallways dirty, entrance A and B not working properly had to use front entrance and room was in back area, overall I was disappointed. Comfort Inn has always been a go to hotel for cleanliness and comfort for us. this one failed us. we travel to this area often and this was a first and last stay there. we understand there is shortage in staff but when a guest leaves and you clean the room it still needs to be thoroughly cleaned. we did not expect it to be cleaned during our visit but would expect it to be Comfort Inn standards when arriving. this was a big dissapointment for us.

Grass/weeds outside. Bunch of guys near entrance sitting in Drive way drinking beer. Dirty washcloth was left on shower head. Bathtub could have been cleaner.

The breakfast was horrible. The juice from the machine wasn't even cold. There was only white bread--no wheat. If you wanted toast there was not any butter, jelly or peanut butter. Everything was packaged--nothing fresh. The hot items were some pork patties and some disgusting things. They were served 2 days in a row with no variety. They had a waffle maker with syrup but again no butter. Only had 1 cart to transport you belongings--not enough for such a large facility. The room was somewhat user friendly. There was nothing to help you with the TV. We had to keep wading through the channels to find something we liked. We had to call to get internet access, But, they did find time to print and laminate the cost of items that would be charged if we stole it,

The room was nice and the bathroom was very clean. We liked the easy access to the highway.
