The hotel advertised breakfast included and there wasn't anything except coffee and juice available. It was a super basic hotel which was great for our purposes but you hear airplanes taking off and landing - be prepared. It's to be expected because it's literally right next to the airport. There was even a picture of a jet landing over our bed. It was kind of funny actually.

The location is right next to the airport which is super convenient. There was a mini coffee maker and fridge in the room which was exactly what I needed. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. This is not a high end hotel. It's great for a layover or one night stay where you don't need a lot of amenities. Parking was free which was a big perk.

The deposit was paid in full of $100 but only $50 was returned with no reason of holding the rest that’s annoying the manager is available only early morning from 7 am to 7:30 am never received the full deposit back for overnight staying

Breakfast starts too late. The first shuttle leaves at 4:00 a.m., but breakfast starts at 7 am. It's a grab and go breakfast so why can't they start at 4:00 am? Also, a member of staff tried to come into my room unannounced, claiming he wanted to know if I was leaving on the 4 am. shuttle. But the shuttle had left 15 minutes before.

The room was much small than I expected. The smell of the cleansers used to clean the room was very strong. There was not a closet to hang clothing. I expected hot/continental breakfast, not a grab and go bag. In the bag there was a croissant without a spread or anything to eat along with the croissant. I didn’t like that the shuttle didn’t start in the afternoon until 5:00 pm. I think 3:00 or 4:00 on the afternoon would be preferable.

I liked the cleanliness of the room. The staff was nice and accommodating. That there was a shuttle bus to and from the airport to the hotel at no additional charge.

We asked for extra towels two days in a row and was told both times that we would have to wait for housekeeping to get there, finally got towels late on the second day. If you are seeing NYC it is a pain to learn the bus schedules to get to the subway as it is too far to walk to the subway.

For the time of year we went it was a nice price option. We booked this place because it had a shuttle to/from the airport however they could not pick us up from the airport. The beds were comfortable.

The bed extremely comfortable! The shuttle service to the airport was convenient, we arrived before our scheduled time and the driver offered to take us early.

breakfast was not as expected. same variety served everyday. less options for meals around the hotel. have to travel down far to collect desired items. complementary coach facility for airport drop was good.

nearness to airport was good. my kid enjoyed the flight landings from the room window. rooms had all the basic facilities. Rooms were cleaned every alternate day. had a good time with family.

Very thin walls between the rooms, I could hear every conversation and movements of people in next rooms and others walking through the hall. There was no plug for the bath so only shower was possible, which didn't work. I paid over 1000 zł for one night, so I expected the room to be cleaner, the breakfast to be better and the quality of the hotel to be on a higher level.

A cupcake, granola bar, apple and apple juice- all of it contains sugar so in my opinion there should be a sandwich instead of a cupcake. The stuff was very nice and helpful

It could use a tiny bit of updating in the bathroom.

I loved the close location to the LaGuardia airport and the staff was super friendly. They handed us a bagged breakfast on the way out and thanked us for staying with them.

Breakfast is just a muffin, a granola bar, and an apple, no protein. Also, they had contractors in the room next door doing renovations at 5:00 am, and noise.

Very good service, and it is near the airport, which makes it comfortable. The shuttle is also very useful, and the staff is very nice.
