You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe breakfast wasn't to good. I thought there would have been more. The bacon and sausage were the microwave kind and I never ate the eggs they didn't looking very good. I actually didn't really eat it. I ended up eating out for breakfast.
The staff was awesome and the room was very nice. It was very clean and the location was so close to everything. The staff was so pleasant and was there for anything I needed. The beds were very comfortable. All in all it was a wonderful place to stay. Would stay again. Just needs a better breakfast.

United States of AmericaI didn’t realize I had a corporate rewards membership, they notified me at the front desk upon checkin. That was a nice surprise. The location was perfect as we needed to be able to travel back and forth to A&T. It was perfect for families. I felt safe and comfortable. The hotel included breakfast was a good value. There were plenty of options nearby for shopping and eating.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was helpful and attentive. The included breakfast has good options, something for everyone. I would definitely stay again when visiting the area.

United States of AmericaI was given a handicap room and would have greatly preferred a regular room. the hotel called me on my way to the hotel and asked if I needed a handicap room and I told them no, I would prefer a regular room, but when I got there they still put me in the handicap room. doesn’t make any sense to me?
