We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Hard to find entrance off Lanada Street without GPS Breakfast very limited. Much smaller set up than similar priced hotel’s advertising breakfast.

I did not like the ceiling had some cracks and water spots. My room was on the first floor.
I like that the hotel is near food places, gas stations and not too far from the concert venue I was attending.

The ceiling in the bathroom had clearly just been patched. Carpet was frayed and worn where it met bathroom.

The breakfast wasn't to good. I thought there would have been more. The bacon and sausage were the microwave kind and I never ate the eggs they didn't looking very good. I actually didn't really eat it. I ended up eating out for breakfast.
The staff was awesome and the room was very nice. It was very clean and the location was so close to everything. The staff was so pleasant and was there for anything I needed. The beds were very comfortable. All in all it was a wonderful place to stay. Would stay again. Just needs a better breakfast.

The clerk that checked us in was very condescending and would not let us talk, another customer commented to us how “snippy” he was.
Breakfast was good, lots of varieties of items.

In order to go to the pool you have to leave the hotel through the front door and walk all the way to the pool instead of having access from within the hotel. The elevators smelled like weed at some point

I didn’t realize I had a corporate rewards membership, they notified me at the front desk upon checkin. That was a nice surprise. The location was perfect as we needed to be able to travel back and forth to A&T. It was perfect for families. I felt safe and comfortable. The hotel included breakfast was a good value. There were plenty of options nearby for shopping and eating.

The cleaning has come down a little and the hotel itself needs a freshening up by now. (Bathrooms rugs etc)
I always stay here. It’s clean and relatively close to HPU.

This Comfort Inn doesn’t claim to be a luxury hotel, there was nothing about this hotel that I haven’t experienced in other hotels.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was helpful and attentive. The included breakfast has good options, something for everyone. I would definitely stay again when visiting the area.

We checked in with dogs and there was no information about fees, weight allowance etc on booking.com. I was a little surprised by the price per dog that was requested.
The breakfast was quite good. Decent selection and very well attended.

I was given a handicap room and would have greatly preferred a regular room. the hotel called me on my way to the hotel and asked if I needed a handicap room and I told them no, I would prefer a regular room, but when I got there they still put me in the handicap room. doesn’t make any sense to me?
