They stated the rooms were remodeled. Definitely not the case. Floors looked as if they were used, shower only had 1 setting, bathroom sink had a huge Crack in it and the faucet sprayed all over the counter. Vents were extremely dirty. Bathroom door was damaged, bedside light was broken off the wall and the room door did not lock. We had to slam the door for it to catch but it took a few tries for it to work.

The room was clean, and bed was comfy and definitely had clean sheets.

The amenities were lacking. Pool closed according to past messages more than a year. Exercise room closed also. Had to plug in the light for the mirror in the bathroom wasn't on a switch looked like a Jury rigged setup below a nonworking light. But the bathroom was clean.

Pet friendly was a big reason for this location The sheets and bedding towels were clean and these was the main reasons for a motel that we required in the area.

took a long time for elevator to come so we had to take stairs, there were nets flying around in the lobby and the room had an irritated smell. Also they should tell guest up front about the $50 cash deposit you have to pay upfront upon checking in because I wasn't aware until we arrived.

The location was convenient to the Atlantic City boardwalk

The bedspread in the hotel room we booked was COVERED in white dog hair. This means they did NOT thoroughly clean that room, despite still being in the midst of a pandemic. The hair was all over our clothes and I am quite disturbed that the staff is leaving bedding unwashed for the next guest. We immediately told the front desk and they took our key. Once we came back that later that evening (I had to leave for my job which was why we were staying there), the key was given back and the bedspread no longer had hair, but there is no telling whether it was actually a new one or just vacuumed. I'm not too thrilled thinking about if the bedsheets and any other item in our room, like towels, were clean or just left from the last guests.

Lamp does not have cover, corridor has the consistent smoke smell, water coming out from the bath tub is brown, restroom esp the toilet is dirty, had to wipe off the dirt using lysol wipes and the towels given to us have stains on it, bath tub and sink have stains, aircon is full of dust that you can see it right away , had to try covering it with lysol wipes to get the dust from the blowing air once it turns on and the carpet is damp that you cannot afford to step on it. Hair dryer is broken that I cannot even use it, TV does not have channels to watch, tried using the phone to call the reception but it does not connect. Overall,this place needs complete renovation.

Room was dirty and wall was falling down in the room. Worst of all was the AC didn’t work at all so the room was humid and musty. No pool or breakfast and the wi-fi doesn’t work/bad service. Staff is unprofessional and rude. Lobby and hallway smelled.

Floor tile in the bathroom was cracked and uneven. The toilet kept clogging up. We had to unclog our own toilet. Super hot in the lobby and halls. There was mold in the bathroom. People living there. No breakfast. Save your money and go someplace else.

When I arrived I was charged an extra $68 at the facility for having 4 guests total in room that had 2 queen beds, the staff informed me that I HAD to pay cash for the extra guests after they charged me $100 refundable security deposit on my debit card. They told me that I only booked a room for 2 adults on booking.com. After handing the man $70 and not receiving any change back I proceeded to go to my room with my husband as it has been a long night for us. As we were on our way to the room she was watching and following us through the hotel. Immediately walking into the room it seemed as if someone had urinated all over the room and mold was growing in the walkway and in front of the beds (pictures shown below), the room air was very wet and horrid smelling. I then proceeded to go find my mother who was also staying with me, and we both went to the room assigned to us and told them of the situation in our room. The woman at the front desk asked me to take her up there and show her what was going on, upon that she tried her key card 4 times and couldn't get herself in the room. While on our way up there, with my father she asked my dad if he smoked weed ( which he does not ) When walking with her, my father and myself into the room she proceeded to tell me that it was dry on the floor after taking off her shoes and swiping her feet over it. While heading down to the front desk she asked to see what was in water bottle I was holding and I told her it was water and ice in my cup. She them accused me of spilling milk on the molding carpet that she had just told me less than 2 minutes ago was dry. I then asked for a refund of the money I had given in the time of being in the hotel and explained that there was an absolute horrible stench and it was unsafe to sleep in the room. Never offered an accomodation.
