Sometimes we smell that Pot smell, which I know you all can't control but sometimes it is very strong.

i have been staying there since my daughter is at Duke University and i have always been very pleased with my stay there. only disappointed when i went to book my stay there in May for my daughters graduation and your rates were so high you pushed me to stay at another Hotel which I paid half the rate. I asked when i checked out this last time and the rates were still so high. If I could get the same rate as what hotels around you are charging I would have re booked with you again for May.

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff was great. The bathroom seemed to have not been cleaned completely. Like maybe they started and got side tracked. It wasn't horrible.

Minimal parking for disabled We were not informed that construction was occurring on the entire floor directly above us that was very loud at 8 am! There was a sign at checkin but it was too late to change reservations.

Elevators I really needed cleaning I know they have some remodeling going on but yet the inside glass and let me just say the elevator was nasty and behind my refrigerator could have been cleaned a little more and possibly around the toilet and sink didn't seem to be white or clean is good it was several hairs that were not mine!

I like having coffee when I wanted a cup the breakfast was hey it was impressive the eggs omelette with cheese was much more than I expected and the lady housekeeper did very well keeping everything stocked and keeping it very clean in the eating area

Better insulation! We didn't enjoy hearing ALL the extracurricular activities of our next-door neighbor, including bathroom activities. It was like they were in our room. Kinda creepy.

The beds and room were clean and relatively comfortable, as well as the room temperature. The towels were okay, not great. Overall, a good value

Construction/remodeling made for a VERY noisy afternoon, but when else can you do this? So we understood. We just cringed while all the pounding went on. (Luckily, no migraine that day -- I've had them since I was three years old and they can be brutal.)

So tired and had to use the bathroom when I arrived. I checked in and went to my room on third floor and found that she never programmed my door key cards. Had to go back down and she took my cards and handed them back and never apologized. Also ice machine was broken and I had to go to another floor.

You need more handicap parking spaces near the front.

Check in was great and the room was nice but very COLD when we arrived. We turned the AC off for a while to let it warm up. The beds were fine but I like a firmer mattress, but I slept very well. Since I had an appointment at Duke Transplant Center we did not eat breakfast as they always draw blood and tell me not to eat.

There is a need for more electrical outlets or at least usb ports for charging phones and other elctronics.

The only real negative to the stay was concern our car would be broken into. We did not see evidence of break-ins, but the parking area is right next to the interstate and not very visible.
