The breakfast is not breakfast. Don’t waste your time and go outside. The air conditioner was so loudly, we need to turn off for sleep.

There seem to be e problems with the key cards. Sometimes they worked and sometimes not. This issue needs to be addressed.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast included in the price. One hour from Grand Canyon. Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

Breakfast was great! So many options to vhoose from. The pool was a little too cold, but the hot tub was perfect and perfect that it was opened so late.

We stayed on the bottom floor and noticed the floors are very thin. We could hear the people upstairs walk across the floor which was a bit frustrating when you're trying to sleep.

The breakfast was included and there was a good variety. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. It was a perfect location.

Only complaint was room was a little bright and I'm very particular on that as a personal preference. It had a nightlight I had to cover and the curtains were short so it was lit up in the morning.

Clean, good location. Not noisy. Indoor pool and hot tub was great cause Williams was snowing. Breakfast was wonderful, hot food with lots of options and drinks. We were also able to wash laundry which was great.

Even though I love the pool area, I couldn’t enjoy it as much as I thought. My husband and I brought our very young son on our honeymoon, and the pool room was too cold to enjoy. Usually the room is hotter and steamy so that way when you get out the water you don’t feel as cold, but the minute we got into the pool with our son, we had to immediately take him out because we were concerned about his temperature. His lips were purple and he was shaking so we had to run back to our room. A couple of nights there was construction? I heard so much noise I honestly couldn’t sleep

I loved that it was a quiet town, remote from everywhere else. Rooms were a great size, and I LOVE hotels with pools

The front desk lady when we arrived 30 minutes earlier, wouldn't check us in until after the "check-in " time.

The neighborhood was so cute and there were lots of little bars, shops, and restaurants. The property was very centrally located.

There’s not much to really say I liked and enjoyed everything. I think the only thing that would’ve been nice to have there would’ve been a snack vending machine especially because I have kids and sometimes they want to snack on something late at night but either in that was great.

It was really nice. It was so joyful. We definitely enjoyed it. I like that it was clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and it was just quite comfortable. Oh and the pool was very clean, warm and so much fun. Just perfect.

Heater wouldn't keep the desired temp. Both doors 1st and 2nd floor were open to public.

The note/coin exchange machine location was inconvenient to the laundry on the first floor. Day staff on the desk ought to be better trained to deal with booking enquiries, payments and invoice provisions. The door lock key-card was terrible and needs to be fixed or upgraded. Our problems were not due to "wiped" cards. Staff are aware of this inconvenience and pitfall with the locks and were apologetic and helpful to help us gain access when they could.

We enjoyed the hot breakfast (eggs, sausage and waffle). The indoor pool and hot spa were fun. The coffee room comprising tv, tables, lemon water, tea, coffee and hot chocolate was great. Car parking was convenient. Jordan on the reception night shift was friendly and helpful.

Perfect hotel for starting trip to Grand Canyon. Very nice town on road 66.

Took forever for the room to heat up .Heard water running constantly from the room next door. Handicapped room was way in back of hotel making it difficult to walk to breakfast area and ice machine.

Beds were comfortable . Shower was good. Good location near the Grand Canyon.

Was very convenient and not really expensive. Staff was all helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable sleeping. We enjoyed the sites and shopping in Williams. Second time stayed in this motel. Will again

Bathroom door almost touching the toilet. Room gets hot or cold. Would have loved a small workout room with weights. Pushy breakfast room supervisor who was bossing people around about how to make their waffles. Eiher let us do it and back off, or bake the damn waffles yourself for everyone, lady. No one needs a boss or a mother telling them how crispy their waffles need or needn’t be at a self serve breakfast in a hotel while on vacation. Not very hospitable.
