Upon exiting the elevator onto the 4th floor, I was immediately met with a disturbing scene: two malodorous mattresses were strewn in the entryway, emitting a pungent and unsettling odor that permeated the entire floor. Adding to the unpleasant ambiance were scattered bags of garbage positioned haphazardly in front of several room doors, further contributing to the noxious smell as I navigated past them. Upon reaching my designated room, I noticed that the door was slightly ajar, giving the impression that someone had just vacated the premises. Although the bed appeared to be made, upon closer inspection, I discovered that the sheets were marred with grime, and the pillows were disappointingly flat and misshapen. Additionally, the couch in the room bore unsightly brown stains, while the window curtains were in a state of disrepair, allowing unwanted sunlight to flood into the room come morning. Despite only staying for a single night and spending the majority of my time outside of the room, I reluctantly resigned myself to sleeping on the bed. However, this decision was not made without precaution, as I always bring my own pillowcases, bed sheets, and disinfectant wipes due to my lack of confidence in the housekeeping standards. While I opted not to voice my grievances to the staff during my brief stay, the overall condition of the accommodations left much to be desired. The lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and attention to detail significantly detracted from the comfort and enjoyment of my stay. It is my hope that this feedback serves as constructive criticism to the hotel management, prompting necessary improvements to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future guests.

The room was dirty. The rig behind the tv stand was dirty. The lamp on the desk didn’t work because the outlet was blown. Tried to charge my cell from that same outlet and it didn’t work. The floor behind the toilet bowl looked as if urine built up there from months on end. They need to redecorate the rooms to modern rooms and add smart TV instead of old TV’s with regular cable. There was no indoor pool as was stated either.

I requested a smoking room. They gave us room 427. I didn't even step foot in this room. As soon as I opened the door it smelled like there was a dead body in there. They gave us a different room but it was non smoking. When I told the staff about the smell they had 0 concern for it, no one even checked to see what I was talking about.

Was CHARGED TWICE FOR THESE DATES OCTOBER 6-9 . I booked a reservation twice by mistake. I canceled the other reservation and paid for the one and then they still charged me for the other one for the same exact date that I’ve already paid for. Booking.com has reached out to you several times, and you will not get back to them. I want my money please!

Poor staff checked in and didn’t even give me directions to my room that’s the least they can do go to 4th floor where once you exit elevator immediately the halls stink enter out room and man do they need better cleaners because even though the room was organized but I had wholes in the wall like broken sheet rock the blinds were filthy and under the foot rest for chair was actually moldy never again wish I have taken pictures

Property not well maintained. Of the 4 hotels I booked for my trip, this one was the most expensive and of the poorest quality. We changed rooms because the original “non smoking” room we were given smelled like an ashtray. I’m not sure when the last time they cleaned the windows was, but they were very dirty.

When arrive clerk at desk made it seem like my email address was a big deal it was in my maiden name.I use the credit card which is in my married name. The information is in system.she goes on about then say oh I remember you stayed before. Had problem with air conditioner on was there on Sat room. was hot had to change room. I feel that I was there on Fri-Mon check out so get discount on next stay. If considered on future trip

Stayed here in the past wasn’t bad stayed recently and it was horrible this spot is going down hill used to be a go to spot for a quick getaway and not in the mist of the boardwalk madness…

The bathroom had a leak in the ceiling which I discovered when I noticed the floor was soaked when I got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. I switched rooms to one that had a slow drain in the tub, so the water would back up when you took a shower. The desk chair was old - covered with pealing leather. Breakfast only had coffee and tea,no juice or milk for children
