Floors are numbered oddly. One elevator was broken. Breakfast was ok. They need more variety of hot foods like bacon and hashbrowns. They also need sugar free syrup for diabetics.

While our overall stay at Comfort Inn was pleasant, I would suggest improving the initial interaction with guests. When we requested to see the room before booking, the receptionist politely declined. However, I believe this situation could have been handled better to ensure a more seamless experience for guests.

The sheets and pillows have an unpleasant odor, possibly from the cleaning supplies. The fridge smells like a racoon died inside. Breakfast is basic by international standards - fruit loops, waffles with syrup, scrambled eggs, some kind of meat patties, toast, bananas, muffins. No vegetable, cheese, meat cuts in sight. And the worst part - all dishes are single use. Why? Sink and shower unreasonably low.

10 minutes to the airport. There is a free shuttle - went out of the terminal building, waited for 10 minutes and it arrived to the spot where buses from other hotels arrive. I think you are supposed to book it but no one told me, so I may have been lucky that there were other people who also wanted to go. The driver wearing a Patagonia jacket is very pleasant and is doing his job admirably.

The only thing I didn't like was that my stay was so short, and that I had to leave for the airport before the breakfast bar opened.

I liked that the room was a good price and a good fit for one person for one night. Also definitely appreciated the refrigerator in the room for keeping leftover food cold overnight.

Room was too dark. I have diabetic retinopathy and I needed more light. The hot breakfast was the same for all 5 days I stayed. It was 5 days of scrambled eggs and sausage. Toilet clogged up. Asked a maid for a plunger. She went away and never came back.

Hotel location. I like to stay here because I am familiar with the facilities. One of the staff came in and replaced a regular bulb in a lamp to one that put out a lot more light. The desk clerks were very nice.

The front desk staff did not let us know we needed to sign up for the shuttle and we couldn't board because the shuttle was full which was quite inconveniencing. We were there for 3 nights and breakfast was the same each time.

Having a 24 hour free shuttle to the airport. From the airport, we were able to take the train to the city which was quite convenient as we did not have to worry about dealing with traffic and having to pay for parking in the city. The pillows were very comfi : ) The location- it's close to lots of restaurants.

Breakfast buffet offered hot items that were constantly replenished by staff. I also like the long hours (7 a.m.-10 a.m.) for breakfast. I requested an extra folding luggage rack and that was delivered promptly. Location of the hotel was convenient to the car rental center at ORD and the airport shuttle kindly dropped me off there the day I rented the car. Airport shuttle is available 24 hours, but you'll need to call to request it. The hotel front desk will tell you which airport arrivals door to catch the shuttle.

There was nothing that I did not like.

Every thing was good, breakfast was OK, but if someone is staying longer than 2 night it should be switched up. Our last night we went out for a different kind of breakfast.
