We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaBathroom door was grimy and needed new paint. Tub was dirty. Bedroom had a strong smell of deodorizing chemicals. Ants and fruit flies were in the room and attacked my food immediately.
Hot shower, spacious room, clean and comfy bed. Full breakfast. Nice staff. Good value for money if you are not too picky about the details.

No smile, no conversation other than clipped short few-word sentences and spoke so quickly, we could barely understand directions, etc. Also, no mirrors in the actual room so couldn't comb hair/do any make-up if someone else was using the bathroom. Walk-in shower was pictured but there was a tub. Luckily we didn't need to use a wheel chair. Other accessible features were as advertised. No TV channel listings or information such as breakfast hours, if any.
Very good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Nice room.

I think $50 when you check is is quit high, and still haven't received the $50 back into my bank account after a week, any other hotel I have stayed at, the accidentals fee would have been back into my account already. I'm very disappointed. The staff is also always watching on your back like a hawk. Weather your in line at breakfast, or you're just walking down the hall

United States of AmericaReally minor stuff, but if you must know: exiting the property to return to the highway is kind of a pain in the butt as the street the property is connected to is divided by a median. Our AC's normal operation was loud, but ultimately not intrusively so. The elevator closest the lobby is painfully slow-- I ended up taking the stairs exclusively after the first ride. Bear in mind that these are not things that should horribly impact most travelers.
Fantastic selection for breakfast -- actually included scrambled eggs and bacon (or sausage, depends on the day) which marks the first such offering I've seen since The Current Events started. The room was tidy and the bathroom was well-designed. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable and quiet. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The public bathroom near the entrance is strangely upscale and well-kept?
