I was unable to sleep comfortably due to the hotel being right next to the expressway, super loud cars throughout the night, but everything else was great!

There are 2 elevators, but only one was working. The doors would open before it completely stopped. It was fine, but noticeable.

The person that greeted us, was wonderful and smiled a lot. Helped guide us to where we needed to be and the amenities of the facility.

Breakfast was adequate and value for money, however for 2 of the days they ran out of bagels.

Location was good, as we wanted to travel to disneyland. Hotel is clean and staff are friendly. Parking is also available at this hotel.

Elevators…only one worked and it could use a review. Makes it more difficult on a busy morning especially.

Both of our room keys did not work during our whole stay we kept having to go down stairs to have front desk fix it. Only 1 elevator worked so we had to we wait sometimes.

Close to toy story parking lot 5 minute walk used shuttle to get to disneyland.

The breakfast was average , the bed in the room was outstanding, the staff at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. Lighting in the bathroom was excellent and the bathroom was spacious.

One lift of 2 broken but no sign or apology. Just realised after a while it wasn’t ever working, so sometimes a long wait for the 1 lift.

Clean, easy to get to. 20/25 mins walk to Disneyland, just about close enough.

There weren't many breakfast options. The families in the hotel were very noisy so the walls were thinner than I'd like.

The bed was very stiff and noisy due to the type of frame. Otherwise everything else was great.

The front desk staff was very friendly, breakfast had a good variety including a waffle maker. The location was very central with many stores next to and across from the location. The AC was very good at warming up and cooling off the room as well.

It was farther from Disneyland than I had hoped. It was right by the entrance to a freeway and our room looked out over the freeway so that wasn’t ideal.

Clean and relatively modern decor inside, the breakfast was pretty good and we liked the hot tub.

Location was great. Pretty close walking distance to Disney to avoid parking fees. Also parking was free at the hotel which was also great. Close to restaurants and everything we wanted to do around, not the most luxurious looking rooms but they were decent cozy and comfy rooms, staff was super nice with good attitudes and energy. Free breakfast was a plus only thing is breakfast could’ve been better as it was super simple and weren’t many options, there was always a long line for the waffle maker since that was mainly the only good thing served. Overall I loved my experience and it was a pretty good affordable price compared to prices at other places close to Disney I would stay here again next time I’m in OC for Disney trip.

Breakfast selection very limited. Bad communication from staff regarding room keys. Room keys not working if out next to mobile phones. Stairs could only be used one way and the room fans weren’t working

I like how close it was to Disney land and California Adventure. The breakfast was simple but filling. For the location with breakfast included with the length we stayed can’t complain on the price for it all. Will definitely stay here again.

Only 2 elevators & one is not working during my stay. Breakfast hall had a bottleneck during the festive weekends caused by the waffle making station being in the centre. Prob can be resolved by moving the waffle station at a separate corner .

Spacious & clean room. Beds are a big plus point; very comfortable with super smooth & clean bedsheets.
