Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

It can be a little weird getting in and out of the property. But that is more of an Omaha problem than the locations.

The air conditioner didn't keep the room cool enough for us. Toilet flush wasn't very strong.

I only have one flaw. I really do wish the shower would have gotten hot. It was quite cold and I had wished it would have gotten hot after a long 8hr drive.
Comfortable beds, always clean and cozy, and the staff is amazing! Location was good. I like it being tucked in the back, very quiet. This is my 2nd time staying here and will be making this my go-to stay for when I have to travel to Omaha once a month.

The bathroom door pulled shut constantly, we had to prop it open to release the steam from showers (no fan for exhaust). It was a very heavy door and squeaked so loudly that it woke up others no matter what. Needed some WD40! The bathroom is all in one room, so only one could use it at a time (sometimes hotels have a sink area separate so someone could use that area for hair drying or makeup. We needed a little more counter space for one adult and 2 teenagers. The shower curtain needed to be 2 inches longer so that it would stay in the tub and not get the floor wet. Showerhead water flow was weak. The tv remote was a little dirty. Nothing important to complain about, just some little things that could easily be remedied.
The room was clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff continued to bring out additional food so there was plenty and good options, hot and cold. There was enough parking. Staff was polite. There were ice machines on each floor. We didn't have time to use the pool but it looked clean, just a little small.

Even though it appears to have a recent renovation my room still had a strong, moldy odor. The filters for the air conditioner were dirty, but I think there was a different source for the smell.

We had a leaky air conditioner, it worked, but I would be worried it will eventually mold. Our other room was fine, so I'm sure this was a temporary issue and I'm confident the property will respond. Some other finishing issues in the bathroom, but we are being picky here. The only odd thing is trying to figure out how to get into the location from the main road, bit confusing, but once you've done it once you'll be fine.
Check in was pleasant and staff were really nice. The star of this property is the pool, which was really large and one of the few we stayed at during our three week road trip that was sufficiently warm. The breakfast was really good and had a lot of options.

We sat in the pool area for a while as the kids swam. The chlorine level was so strong that it bothered those of us swimming and those who weren’t. It shortened our swim time a little. It seemed like they were short-staffed, too.
I loved the location, being in Central Omaha. The facilities were comfortable and up to date and the staff friendly. Our kids enjoyed using the pool. There was a nice, hot breakfast.
