The unprofessionalism of the staff, the location, and that I couldn't close or lock the pool bathroom.

I liked the pool and Jacuzzi, the room was alright, and the breakfast was ok.

I didn't like that my room was not ready when I arrived at 9 pm. The night manager (who I found out is new) was very overwhelmed and used curse words at her computer. They seemed to have a shortage of bedding and housekeepers. There is a strong smell of chlorine from the pool when you walk into the lobby. BUT....It is a clean and friendly place.

Breakfast was great, the room that they serve breakfast on the 5th floor was clean and comfortable.

The floor coming off the elevator was pretty dirty. The carpet was very stained, but all in all looked like it had not been vacuumed for days. Making it look worse than it was.

One night shift desk worker had zero customer skills. Cussing at old people, informing me of the place needs to be shut down because new management is coming and they don’t know what they’re doing.

Carpets were dirty. Hotel is rundown. 2/3 ice machines were not working. Breakfast was pitiful, had things to toast but no toaster, waffles were not available, orange juice ran out, items in fridge were not cold, eggs tasted terrible, and coffee was ice ice cold!!

The room wasn't fully cleaned. Needed new sheets on one of the beds. We found a bra in one of the dresser drawers. Since we were on an outer wall, we believe there was condensation that spread to the floor. Also, the bathtub drain is slow which resulted in some standing water while we showered.

Staff were very great to meet. They were very courteous and accommodating to our needs. They provided the excellent service we would expect from Wyndham.

As soon as you get out trom the elevator on the 3rd floor you see very dirty floor, And inside the room you see some duston the bed frame, the door of the room dose not close firmly so you see light and noise coming in, breakfast was very poor and not appealing, even the waffles test like the dough was old and yeasted, There is no close restaurant or shops shower presure was low, asked for trush to be changed, so it never happened.

Breakfast had broken pancake machine that day. Could have used a second toaster for the queue to use it was long at times. Hallways could have used shampooing, and the room floors could have used a good mopping down.

Hotel worker at the breakfast did the best she could with what she had and was friendly. Eggs & Sausages were good. The amenities within the room were OK. Comfortable bed, and clean bathroom. Staff was friendly. Although I did not use the pool and spa, it seem to be always used by the customers. Wifi was good. Outside grounds were well kept and lighted.

We only had two towels even though we were 3 travelers. We asked for towels so that we could all shower and staff said they would bring some. After half hour, we called again and asked if we could come get some since we really wanted a shower before heading out. Staff said we had to wait for housekeeping. They still did now show up, so my son ended up helping himself to some towels from the pool area so that we could shower. The towels never arrived. The beds also only had a total of 2 pillows. We requested more, which did not come. Fortunately I had one in the car.

Breakfast was great, so was the size of the room. The location was also nice.

Young blonde front desk clerk has a standoffish attitude. $100 deposit, ugh. That's for seedy hotels. Smell of marijuana outside the hotel and sometimes inside the hotel. Free breakfast lady liked to rush people out when cutoff time was near, very off-putting.
