Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Upon entering the room, there was a slight odor which must have been from the previous guests. Our shower did not have the glass shower door as our previous room had, which was a bit disappointing. The shower curtain seemed too small for the shower and also appeared a bit torn at the top.
The lobby and room were clean and inviting, which we appreciated. The waffles for breakfast were good, but maybe add another waffle maker so that the guests do not have to crowd the one.

I called them direct for permission to have a 2pm check out as we were going to a wedding and needed to change our clothes. I was told we could check out a 2pm but when I checked in they said 12 They also had request in writing. I was willing to pay extra but the wanted another full night. Breakfast was mediocre, very little to choose from but we checked out on a Monday and usually Monday breakfast is poor. Lightning in the room was horrible .just lamps. Bathroom hardly bright enough to see to put on makeup.Tv kept loosing signal
I liked that the room was on main floor. It was quiet. Bed was great. Room was clean. Nothing special.

The fridge was disgusting. I had to clean it before putting our water and snacks in there. The carpet definitely needs cleaning as well. Also, our room was across from the stairwell which slammed shut EVERY TIME someone used it. Maybe a slow close mechanism would help the echo.
The price and location. The desk clerk was helpful and nice. Very welcoming.

The shower water pressure was not very good. The room was definitely overpriced for the amenities offered. I assume that was because there was a major concert event going on for our stay.
It was clean and the staff was very nice! Plenty of options on the free breakfast buffet.

the room i stayed in was very noisy, the refrigerator kept me from sleeping, it was so loud, the a/c compressor, i guess was having a hard time, maybe my room was over it or something, i could hear it going on and off. it rained just about every evening, then the wifi would go off, all the tv went out, it wasnt for a minute, it was for hours. the toilet seat was loose, surely when these people clean the rooms and clean the toilet, they have to see that it was loose, but not fixed. i have bites all over my neck, not sure what thats from
breakfast was ok, only ate once, so i just grabbed a banana the other mornings, just not happy with other people touching food, then putting it back for the next person.

The breakfast food was in a little cubby hole that was very crowded. The toaster took forever to warm the toast and was in a corner of the room making it hard to check on. The precooked eggs and cheese were not very good and some bacon would have been nice. And, they closed the doors on the cubby hole at exactly 9:00 am. That caused us late sleepers to almost miss breakfast. Parking was difficult to find. The bath tub was nice but needed some hand holds for elderly customers.
The breakfast was not great; see below. The room was very nice except the refrigerator wasn't even cool upon our arrival.
