While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, one aspect that was not particularly favorable was the cost of on-site parking. While convenient, the additional expense for parking was a downside to an otherwise flawless experience.

First and foremost, the location is unbeatable. Situated within walking distance of Climate Pledge Arena, it made attending an event at the arena incredibly convenient. We simply strolled back to the hotel without worrying about transportation. And the restaurants in the area offered a diverse selection of delicious food and drink choices, catering to a variety of tastes. Whether I was craving a gourmet meal or a casual bite, there was something for everyone. The room itself was spacious and immaculately clean. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep after a long day of activities. Overall, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of its prime location, comfortable accommodations, delicious dining options, and cost effectiveness made for a memorable stay. Without a doubt, I would choose to stay at here again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The construction was interesting! Hilarious dialogue of the construction crew was pretty entertaining… but we are VERY relaxed people. I dunno if that would have been ok for most people. But, it added to our trip!

The room was a little warm even though I turned the heat down to 60F. I could hear the person above me just walking around.

The room was much larger than I imagined. The location was perfect, I could walk to all the places I wanted to visit. There were plenty of coffee shops and cafes in the area.

One of the elevators was out of order. Also, I fell on the sidewalk out front because of a crack that needed to be repaired. I had to go to the emergency room in the hospital to stop bleeding and x-ray CAT scan, etc. I have a broken arm and a sprained wrist, and a cut above my eye and bruised ribs, the property should maintain the sidewalks I was not offered any compensation. However, staff came to help me when they noticed the fall and stop the bleeding and take care of me until my son could come and take me to the emergency room. I pointed out the place where I fell, and the manager said he was going to make sure that it was fixed .

I like the secure parking garage, and the bedding was wonderful.

Overall one of my go-to stay when I visit Seattle! Affordable pricing for great locafion! It’s about a 10-15 mins walk to Space Needle! Loved the fact that it’s always clean!

I realized that the rooms were cleaned on alternate days. It would be great if the dustbins are emptied everyday.

I am not one to criticize. Met all my expectations of a medium range hotel. Construction adjacent did impact noise and traffic, and perhaps the view from some rooms.

Staff were friendly and very helpful, both at the front desk and the restaurant/bar. I particularly remember Manny and Jacob. Rooms were clean and relatively modern, though basic. Restaurant was very basic, but staff and food were just what I needed for this short stay. I requested a late check out, as my airport departure was midnight, and was offered an unheard of 6 PM, though this may have been a bit of compensation as my specified room configuration was not available on arrival.

The restaurant was lacking help. Only one waitress She did a great job. And one person in the kitchen. They did the best they could. The manager came in. I feel he should have stepped in with some help.
