Towels looked old/dirty. King room was very small compared to other hotels. Sink overflow hole was smelly. Room smell musty. The shampoo bottles placement in the shower gets in the way, we elbowed it a few times while showering.

Bed was very comfortable. Free parking. Good pricing for stay with breakfast.

Felt the room could have been in better shape for the cost. 1. Not sure when carpet was cleaned but had been vacuumed 2. Black burnt like stuff on molding and amenities (shampoo/lotion) of bathroom 3. Light of all kinds all around door-no gasket 4. Can't take breakfast to room

There was no noise barrier! Literally sounded like people were standing inside your room even if they were just walking by. One of the pillows on the bed had been clearly used it had makeup and perfume on it.

You could hear the next room very well, like every word of their conversation and it’s not because they were loud; the walls were very thin. Just going in and out of their room was loud enough to wake us up in our room. Our room was also connected by a door.

Affordable, good size bathroom and bed, TV had HDMI port for firestick, good size room.

Out of four cell phone charging stations in our room not one worked. Called front desk and they said that maintenance would be right up but one hour later we canceled maintenance because we went to sleep and had dead phones in the morning. We were on the second floor and had bugs in the bathroom.

Our towels were very old. Some even had holes and they almost looked dirty. They were just stained because they’re probably so old. The same with the shower curtain. Taking my own towels from now on to any hotel. I was very grossed out.

Location was great, it’s close to the beach and lots of restaurants and stores very close by.

We kept getting locked out of room and our key cards didn’t allow access to the pool area. We stood knocking on the pool doors while the employee stood on his phone for 10 minutes. The staff needed more training on professionalism at the work place.

We didn't enjoy the bad and rude attitude from Arely at the front desk. This is the second year in a row that she treats us the same way.

The thing we liked the most about this place was the kitchen and the wonderful service from Maria that works in the kitchen.

The carpets are GROSS, but thankfully, everything else was clean. Little/no water pressure in the bathroom, cold water tap on the sink was stuck, toilet paper holder falling off the wall. It was far from perfect, but nothing so terrible that I wouldn't stay again to save some $$.

Convenient access to food, shopping, etc. Comfortable bed, good wifi, laundry facilities, free breakfast.
