We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaMy first room was perfect but the tv didn’t work so they gave me a new room that hadn’t been cleaned yet. So I had to change the sheets/towels myself. I also couldn’t change the tv to HDMI to play my video game.

Housekeeping may have been busy and didn’t get to every room. I think it’s worth another shot from them. The customer service more than covered for what didn’t go well.

No Ice machine available since 2023(?). Breakfasts does not meet expectations compared to Comfort Inn in Balch Spring/Mesquite tx; equipments broken. Bathroom is inconveniently degraded. Room has bad odors.

United States of AmericaUnbeknownst to me and the staff, I was locked out of my room. Somehow, the security latch was attached, and I could not get into the room. I was provided another room for the inconvenience. However, this was more than an inconvenience. I was up until 0100 (1am) trying to get the issue resolved. Again, I was finally provided a room for the night. Nonetheless, this is/was theoretically impossible. My concern was how this happened? In addition, my personal belongings were still in a room. A room (my room) I surmised was being occupied by another party. Albeit, I can not confirm, but this is a plausible theory. Only other possible cause, the latch was close enough to engage when the door closed. Highly unlikely but plausible. Ok. Enough hypotheticals. While the staff went above/beyond to assist me, this was extremely annoying and frustrating. Still, both parties (staff & I) were able to work thru it without any hostility or escalation. Personally, I should be compensated in some form. Lastly, the staff was very professional in resolving this issue. I was able to get into the room and retrieve my belongings. For that, a big THANK YOU. I didn't get the gentleman's name, but he was the consummate professional. He's is extremely skilled in conflict resolution. Overall, minus the room mishap, it was a good stay.
