I phoned the front desk after I got to my room and said I would be staying an extra night. He told me he would take care of it. The next morning on our way to an event, I stopped at the front desk. When speaking with the front desk about the next night. I was informed that I was not booked for the next night. I then informed her that I had s/w the night front desk. She then took care of the problem. But I was not happy at all, as I was late going to a planned event.

Room needs to have the thermostat upgraded to digital. The old clunk hot/cold mixer on Heat/AC was difficult to set. Room went from hot to cold and back throughout the night.

Because of certain health issues I selected a room with a recliner on which I need to sleep. The recliner was actually a larger love-seat recliner. Unfortunately it was not very comfortable for me.

The manager Shaun was very rude and racially profiled me during check in. I did not appreciate it, it made me feel uncomfortable. If it wasn’t for him the stay would’ve been a 10/10

The location is great, great neighborhood, breakfast was decent, the room was amazing very clean. The heart shaped hot tub in the room was our favorite accessory. The staff was very kind and helpful. Besides being racially profiled by the Indian employee who checked us in who I later learned was the manager. His name is Shaun this is the perfect place for a quick trip would definitely (avoid Shaun) & stay again.

The shower head was kinda clogged, there was tile missing on the floor board. The toaster is the breakfast area was not working, therefore there was a line to get your bread toasted.

It smelled clean when you walk in the facility as well as the room. There were no ugly stains on the furniture or carpet.

The only thing was the couch in the room. It was old looking couch. It needs to be updated to something that can be clean easily. I had to cover the couch with towel for me to sit on the couch. Also, the fridge was not working.

The room is nice. Love the comfortable bed. I slept in like a baby. I like the quietness. Bathroom and the room were clean. We had extra towels too which was great. The location was perfect closed to home. Breakfast was great. Also, my kids liked the pool.

Greeted by a tired, or unhappy or depressed front desk clerk. When we went to the room, the bathroom floor was completely flooded. Called for maintenance. Came and “fixed” it but when we turned on the faucet, the floor was flooded again. Called and told we would. We would have to move after we had unpacked everything….then told we would need to come down and get the keys to the new room! Courtesy would have been to have someone bring us the keys. I must say there were happier more cheerful desk help on some of the other days.

The beds are comfortable. Having breakfast is good except I don’t like scrambled “eggs” they seem to be made from powder, not real eggs. The pool is nice

Refrigerator on lowest setting froze one food item. But defrosted it in the microwave.

Lots of choices waffles,sausage,tater tots,apples,bananas,cereal,oatmeal,breads,sweet rolls. Rooms were sound proof. Never heard neighbor unless walking down hall way
