Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It’s next to a closed golf course, that must have been gorgeous, now it should be either rebuilt or torn down and some new development with a nice new look, should be built there!
The property is very large and picturesque !

The front person to check me in was very short fused. was not impressed and actually was disappointed.

Arrived relatively late i.e. 10:30pm and discovered that the restaurant was closed. I would have hoped that a hotel of this size and standard would have had options for food. As a European business traveller I struggle to accept that breakfast is served with plastic knives and forks and served on paper plates etc.
Friendly and helpful staff with a good size bedroom.

More coffee items in the room, such as additional creamers and sugars.
Ricardo, the bartender downstairs, was a wonderful addition to the staff. He made the evening drinks extra enjoyable. The beds in the rooms were like sleeping on a cloud! Combined with the blackout curtains, I could have slept the whole day.

A little pricy for a one night stay, but all in all it was enjoyable.
Having lived in Broward County most of my life, when I return for a visit, there are very few areas that I feel comfortable and safe. This location provides me with a feeling of security.

The cable TV was out more than 50% of the trip making television and the internet unavailable and this killed a part of my plans.

Even though it was under renovations it still appears to have been run down from our last stay here. Our view from our room was uninviting , a view of a port a potty & semi construction of sorts , the metal roof below our window had a dead frog skeleton, some black underwear and some other trash someone may have tossed from their room above . I did tell the staff of this hopefully it will be addressed. It is a shame it’s in that shape and it was a very pricey stay while renovations were being performed. However, my biggest complaint is parking! There are only 4 handicap parking spots so getting one is impossible! There is an area somewhat up front that could be used for additional handicap parking they should consider for their guests. I will have to reconsider my next stay here & possibly find a new place to stay. Price is a big factor, but cleanliness is a bigger one! I hope it changes soon
Location to my family since we traveled here from out of town. Staff was very friendly and accommodating . Food was excellent at the restaurant & bar .

The property is very nice. great location! Staff is great! Beds very comfortable. Rooms clean, lots of towels. Restaurant and bar downstairs, breakfast buffet in the morning, we loved it!! Definitely would come back to stay at this hotel <3
