Water was not provided daily and you have to ask for it.

The location to the tennis courts was so convenient , its a 15min walk. During the tennis open you can see all the cars stuck in the traffic, but there you are strolling back to hotel. It is also near the subway station, and 30mins into Manhattan. There are lots of Mexican, S American type restaurants nearby which opens to late at night. People around there are super friendly. the hotel provides hot water, coffee, tea and there is a ice machine on every floor. The staff at the reception are all super nice to me.

Mostly the location and there was no milk and only one coffee machine in the hotel.

I wanted to pay cash for our room but my credit card was charged before we arrived. The price of the rooms were very expensive, it was double the price of equivalent hotels in the area (other hotels even offered breakfast) and they did not price match. We had even stayed at this hotel before, and it was twice the price we payed last time! They were also working on the elevators the day we left, very loud in the morning since the elevator was across from our room and they did not have a sign that they were not working. We were on the 5th floor.

Smarmy-has hourly rates, kind of gave me the creeps.

Considering the huge storm, it was a solid building. It was smarmy, though, with the hourly rates it has…gave me the heebie-jeebies! Nice little diverse neighborhood!! Good restaurant recommendation by the hotel staff.

Overall, the area feels dicey. No kettle or refrigerator in the room. Seemed to cater to local hourly rate types with 24/7 access to hardcore porno on tv. Bathroom water pressure was horrible. Noisy hallways. Price seems high for what you get. Paid much less the following days in Manhatten for better.

Location close and walkable to Arthur Ashe Stadium, #7 train, and restaurants. Old property but clean. It was just what we needed for a crash pad after a show. Room was large.

The location was noisy and dirty. In the room you can hear the train, outside conversations, outside ringing from the hallway’s telephone, bed were hard. Scary neighborhood.

Was there for 3 nights stay was all good with the exception of one night the police were summoned to room close to us for a domestic dispute that was loud at times as the female was locked out of room and eventually both were made to leave baring that isolated incident our only other complaints would be the shortage of parking and no refrigerator in room

Location for Mets game can not be beat within a couple mins walk! There are plenty of places you can walk to for dining and snacks for room
