Room felt dated and not clean. No extra pillows/sheets/blankets for the pull out sofa were provided.

Breakfast was nice, staff was friendly, courteous and helpful! Nice that we got to park one vehicle for free.

My only complaint is that my key card took multiple times and had to reprogram daily during my stay. I feel the card reader on the door was failing as it should not take more than 15 min to get into your room. Also it failed daily was frustrating.

It was a bummer that the jacuzzi was not working! Was looking forward to relaxing in it after a long day of events. The bathroom ventilation could have been better too.

I liked that it included the parking within the stay, the breakfast offered, and the housekeeping!

Really my only issues were they could use more condiments at breakfast, salsa springs to mind and maybe a second bottle of hot sauce. Also if serving breakfast till 9:30 serve it till 9:30. Our last day I walked in at 10 minutes after 9 and there were no sausages and no more were brought out.

The staff were great, the front desk very helpful although a couple were not too knowledgeable about local transit. Joy was terrific though. Breakfast was appreciated before a long day at the parks. It is fairly basic, always sausage and egg patties (scrambled), cereal, toast, apples and oranges, sometimes biscuits and gravy, sometimes pancakes, sometimes yogurt, but included and good enough to get your day started. Good coffee and water for you to fill up your bottles with. Property is close enough for a longer walk to Disney for adults (20-25 minutes) but much easier and closer to walk to the corner (one hotel away) cross the street and walk into the Disney Toy Story parking lot to catch the shuttle bus. Plus if before noon there is a security check there before you get on it so you just walk past the one at Disney. Buses take you there and back for free (ONE THING DISNEY DOESN'T CHARGE FOR!!!!) and they run all day long up until one hour after the last park closure. There is a bus stop right out front of the hotel. Target is about 3 blocks down the street in the other direction if you want to buy snacks, pop, liquor, etc., also with a bus stop out front so you don't have to walk back unless you want to. Also Outback Steak House, The Crab Shack and a few other restaurants. There is a blow dryer, microwave, fridge and coffee maker in the room and we found the beds very comfortable. The hotel hot tub was down while we were there but they had arranged for guests to use the one next door, which is off the parking lot literally 20 feet across from theirs with an exterior gate and quite private. We used it a lot. The owners of the gift store are very nice people with much cheaper prices than in the parks. Buy your ears there and save $20+.

Overall the rooms, services, breakfast, parking and safety was up to the mark. Location is fantastic considering the proximity to various locations for exhibition halls, other hotels and theme parks.

Very helpful, cheerful staff. Amber was very responsive & helpful in fixing our room key. For some reason our magnetic key had to be replaced twice. Location excellent, very close to convention center & Disneyland.

The outside walkways & steps are in need of cleaning. Also, no sewing kit available. Resort fee, bad.

Breakfast was above par for these days and varied from day to day. Would have been helpful to have ingredients posted for serious allergies, and more gluten-free foods.

It was close to disneyland. We didnt have to take the car. Just walked over toy story parking lot and took the free shuttle bus.

The cleaning staff was loud and slamming doors and yelling at eachother while cleaning 8am sharp when check out was 11 for us. So if you’re looking to sleep in good luck.

Breakfast quality & quantity could be better. Not enough parking spaces. And rooms could be upgraded; gloomy-style rooms

Great location. Not too far from Disney Parks. I love the included amenities such as free parking and breakfast. However, it would be much better if there were more parking spots and better selection of food and better quality
