No one was at the desk when I arrived to check in, for about 20 minutes.

Conveniently close to Dulles airport for catching an early flight. The room was very comfortable, and surprisingly quiet considering how close the airport is.

The parking lot and surrounding grounds were grossly littered with trash and misc objects. Would have liked to see some effort with cleaning it up. For example, one clear bag of trash remained on the parking lot curb for over a week (wasn't anywhere near the dumpster).

it is not so negative but the hotel has aged, it either requires more inspection or renovation. the bathroom sink was clogged and the shower curtain holder was detached from the wall. comment ( the room has a small coffee maker but no water boiler) i preferred boiler for my use.

the breakfast is good and fresh every morning. the hotel is comfortable close to couple of restaurants. there is a gas station nearby with a grocery store in it. the shuttle service to the airport became on demand (upon call "25 min ahead" to avoid delays). the room is really cozy comfortable and spacious. this is my 3rd time in this property i enjoyed it.

There was a snow storm the day I checked out and the airport shuttle was running off schedule so I was not able to use it, though that was the entire point of staying there.

Very close to Dulles airport and not as expensive as the rest of the hotels in the area. I was able to check in at 1:30 am.

The sidewalks were not cleaned off. There were several icy spots and the .parking lot was the same. There were several snow covered parking spots it was hard to get in and out of.

The TV was unplugged so it took a minute to figure out but otherwise than that I have no complaints.

The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating, It's very easy to check in and check out. The hotel room was clean and everything worked. I enjoyed their breakfast as there was plenty to choose from and it was not too busy or crowded. The shuttle picked us up from the airport and the staff arranged and paid for someone to take us back to the airport the next day. My family stayed in this hotel on our departure trip and return trip. I also liked that it is close to a gas station and several restaurants within walking distance.

I was hungry, exhausted, and emotionally done from all the travel stress. I did not like having to wait outside in the cold for the hotel shuttle to arrive. When I called to send the shuttle, I was told the ETA would be 20 to 25 minutes. We stood out there for what seemed like 45 minutes. Not a good first impression. I was angry, but I blamed the traffic.

With the curtains drawn, the room was nice and dark for getting a good night's rest. Very comfy and cozy. I'm a little embarrassed that I couldn't figure out how the shower works right away. But I got it. The breakfast was great! I passed on the waffles, but enjoyed the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich, the boiled eggs, the yogurt and coffee. I was full and satisfied while I was waiting at the airport. The front desk people were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast spread could be better. But for the price I think it is fair.

Very conveniently located close to Dulles International Airport. It is approximately 5 minutes away. The check out time is at noon which is quite generous! Most places have guests check out at 1 11:00
