You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaWe told them about our last stay and how it wasn't that great. We were told checking out our last stay to tell them about it and we would be taken care of. Told two front desk people about it and neither one did anything. Was told by second employee she would discuss it with her manager the next morning and we would hear from her. Still haven't heard anything and have been charged the whole amount.
We love the location of the hotel. Used to love this hotel but seems like every time we stay now it's going down hill. We stay at this hotel 4-5 times a year. Might have to find somewhere else to start staying while visiting family.

The hotel is dog friendly and the location is very good. It's only a quarter mile from the Razorback trail. The breakfast is standard hotel fare, but was well stocked and appreciated. We've stayed here a few times and find it to be a good value.

United States of AmericaElevator certification was expired. Shower curtain was little small and made it hard to keep water in the shower. They charge you an additional $50 refundable cleaning fee. It took about 4 days to post back to my account.
Good value. The breakfast was excellent and there was staff making sure the food stayed full. Plenty of towels.

United States of Americaphones were either not working or staff was not answering. Tried multiple times to request early check in and no responses via phone or email. Messages were left with both. The front desk worker seemed unconcerned. The TV didnt work although we never reported it because the hotel was full and we didn't think it would get fixed One of the elevators was not working but it DID get repaired.

room was spacious and clean except that the floor had not been vacuumed which was weird. Staff were great and breakfast had many options, so overall a great place. Location was excellent, you can walk to Starbucks and many restaurants. It is tricky getting in and out of the hotel parking lot until you figure it out, but not a big deal.

United States of AmericaSheets were stained. I went to desk to report and ask for sheets to be changed, got back that evening and they had not done it. Clerk could not leave desk so I had to change sheets myself. Desk clerk at check in lectures me about using Booking.com they got ripped off when people do that. Third night got to room and key wouldn’t work.
