Beds are a little hard but manageable.
Breakfast was good. Front desk people were very nice and accommodating. Very clean and a nice place to stay. I would stay here again if needed.

No maid service. They say they only do main service once every three days but that’s ridiculous and it’s the reason I won’t stay there again.
Good location, friendly staff, homemade chocolate chip cookies for a hungry traveler, who has been on two flights by the time he got to the hotel. Big bed.

Breakfast needs work. It is possible to screw up scrambled eggs and sausage and overcook hash browns. You need someone who actually somewhat gives a damn about the food.
Easy access, rooms are comfortable and reasonably quiet. Nothing fancy but it’s perfect for quick trips.

Water pressure in the shower was terrible! It was so bad that I had to get on my knees and put my head under the faucet to try and get the shampoo snd conditioner out! I had my own room. I went down for the weekend for a granddaughter’s hockey tournament and I paid over $500 for 2 nights and it was just me! I think that’s ridiculous! Also, they wouldn’t give me a discount for being a senior because I booked with you…so unfair! Please change your policy or I will not book with you again! I will let friends and family know that..,

1st room I was put in the jacuzzi didn’t work, moved rooms and problem solved. However, both rooms had paint was chipping on walls & had stains on the chairs. Stayed 4 days & 3 night stay not once did housekeeping come even to empty the garbage & for almost $200/ night I expect daily housekeeping. Lastly, the free breakfast was terrible! The 1 morning I went the potatoes were raw, the scrambled eggs were cold, & waffle batter tasted old, very disappointing.
Staff was friendly and accommodating. Nice big pool area overall clean place

A small thing - there were a lot of flies in the breakfast room. Please put in some form of pest control in this area, as it spoiled the wonderful selection of food. No other problems were experienced.
The room was spacious and queen beds extremely comfortable. I didn't use the pool, but it looked really good. The breakfast was amazing ... a great selection! The wifi signal was strong, and everything was clean and well maintained.

Our room was as far away from the desk as possible, top floor far corner. At first the microwave didn't work, wasn't plugged in so my husband found out. Then the coffee maker didn't work... my third trip downstairs to desk. Through all this the staff did not know what to do...I guess we'll just wait till morning until repair guy in...After first day of fixing things all went well. Was a quiet room.
The hotel was easy to find.The breakfast was amazing .The staff was courteous. But lacking in some training .our stay was 3 nights.

I did not like that dirty towels and wash cloths were not picked up daily. We were told they only do that after 3 days. So we had to let them pile up in the bathroom, did not like that, I know that is a small thing, we were in town for my nephews funeral, so I did not want to make a big deal of this, but I was surprised by this policy...

Overall our stay was very good. We stayed in an accessible room and my 90 year old Mom was comfortable. The only thing was the shower stream was very weak. My husband and I had our showers in the pool area.
