We didn't have any WiFi for the TV in our room all weekend and that's all that I didn't like.
I loved everything about the hotel, The rooms are very spacious, the breakfast was good!! The staff was wonderful!!I The pool was great!!I would come back and stay anytime!!

The incidental fee!! Not enough TV channels/apps available. Rooms should be priced to offset the inconvenience of renovations.

AC tricky at first but sorted. Ice for cups etc was tricky but managed. Elevator was slow and made comical noises. bathroom was tight! quiet after hrs but 26 facing, you can hear traffic. hallways, you can hear conversations but overall during "sleeping hours" was very quiet. mini frig cooling was way too low (stored snacks (grapes/ Protein shakes)and quick drinks, remained luke warm, full 3 days stored)
staff was on point/friendly loved little card of who cleaned. room was clean and spacious. personal touch "name on tv" made us smile. location was ideal to 26, quick jump anywhere. beds comfy. liked water bottle machines. basic breakfast was fine, grab n go style. mini mart charge to room was easy. bathroom pressure great. desk area "swivel side" was cool and came in handy (little work school to do).

The pool and the gym was the extra value for the price that I had book it for but the pool was not open for the time I stayed the gym was to small .

What we did not like we got a call at 11:15 am from Roxanne telling us that we needed to leave... told her we had a late checkout and she said there was no late check out and argued with us! VERY UNPROFFESIONAL!!!!
The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was very cordial.He was an african american with a left hand missing. We asked him if we could have a late checount.He said not a problem.So we could check out between twelve thirty and one o'clock. Very friendly.

There's nothing that I didn't like. Currently the hotel is under slight renovations on the first floor but I wouldn't take that into consideration since they still provided excellent service.
The rooms were renovated and were spotless when we walked in. I loved the huge countertops in the bathroom and the room came with all of the amenities I needed such as a mini fridge, microwave, desk, etc.
