Air Conditioner was not working at first. Then when management got it working it was real noisy. A bag of trash was left in room, which had to be removed....?? Why have room to be checked into when it isn't ready for occupancy?

the crack dealers and prostitutes in front of my room. Also there are no food vending machines, the hotel does not even offer coffee so make sure you have your drinks and food before staying. Most important, make sure you call your loved ones incase you’re caught by a stray bullet from the gunfights outside.

Horrible horrible experience! The owner is extremely rude and the other guests are loud, party, call On hookers , And smoke pot. The first night I went through booking. The rest of the nights I paid cash and asked for a receipt but the owner would not provide one saying that I will get one when The day I decide to leave. The day I left the owner would not print me out a receipt and promised to email me one but never did. I have tried to call the motel multiple times but they have blocked my number and will not respond! They pocketed the cash so they would not have to pay taxes, and refused to print a receipt.they should be audited. The second day they insisted I moved to another room because they chose to put me in a room with double beds and stated that they needed that for another family. I had to move all my luggage to another room that reeked of marijuana! The floor was filthy so I asked them to mop it which was a waste of my time and there’s! They did not even have a table lamp for that room. They had me over a barrel with no other place to stay.

There was nothing good about this place. I paid cash and the owner will not print me out a receipt so they could pocket the money. They should be reported. Filthy facility! Poor quality of individuals that stay at this motel! My room Reaked with the smell of dope!

everything. dirty. moldy. bug infested. this place should be condemned not rented as a hotel. people are living here is fir they conditions. the air conditioner was moldy. made me sick for 4 days. we came in late after the hockey game in sunrise. left before 6am. less than 6 hours.

the room was to expensive there were men asleep outside in vans and outside at the pinic table I felt completely uncomfortable there were men walking around drunk watching me and my family try to enter our room they were openly carrying and drinking alcohol we arrived at the hotel at midnight I never did go inside the hotel room because the key did not work I left the hotel and the hotel did not want to refund my money my family and I felt completely uncomfortable with what we saw does not look like a hotel the images on the booking is not nearly what we saw when we arrived don't go here

This was absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed at! The room smelled moldy. There was mold on the roof, a huge dead Roach in the cabinet underneath the sink. The AC unit was covered in filth. The pillows had stains on them which looked like blood. Underneath the bed was not swept at all. The walls were dirty, the table was chipped everywhere. The chairs were Dusty and dirty. The cables to the appliances were disgusting. Even the chain to lock the door was disgusting. The TV remote was sticky. The bath towels had hair on them. There was filth inside of the cabinets. There wasn't a bag in the ice bucket and the ice bucket was dirty. The toilet paper was not a brand new roll so we ran out almost right away. They change the Wi-Fi password daily so you have to walk to the office in order to get a new one. I stayed more than one night and the next day my key was no longer active so I also had to walk to the office so they could reactivate it. To top it off it was well over $100 a night. They should not get away with taking advantage and treating people like this. I called booking.com and was on hold for over 1 hour. I need to speak to someone right away!
