Some things in room could use repair. Could have some more hooks or shelves in bathroom. A second nightstand was lacking. Lighting could be improved.

Location and separate heating in bathroom. Owners were very good about arranging for snow clearing fair soon after the heavy overnight snowfall.

The owners are fabulous people. There was not much to the room and quite crowded. The area and property are beautiful. If your looking for a place to just sleep it's perfect.

The property was run down, the yards and outdoor areas could use cleaning up. Plant some flowers and get rid of junk laying around. Owner/manager came knocking at our door just as we were leaving to let us know it was check out time. We were loading the car so I didn’t think he needed to knock. It wasn’t very friendly.

The motel room was small and basic; it had a TV and a comfortable bed so was just what we needed.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke (I was in a non-smoking room). The mirror pane on the door was dirty and had fingerprints all over it and the front door was smudged with dirt from long use of people touching the door and no one wiping it. The closet smelled musty. There were no sheets for the sofa sleeper. There was no electric plug in the bathroom for any blow dryer, curling iron, or electric shaver. Rooms need to be freshened up. New paint and new handles on the furniture and doors would go a long way. I couldn't get the wifi to work with the password they gave me and I tried it eXaCtLy the way they gave it to me.

The staff was friendly. The coffee was good. The towels, sheets and pillows were clean. The air conditioner and heating both worked. There was a mini fridge and microwave oven. There was a TV. The water was hot and had good pressure.

We booked a queen suite; for five people. We were only given two bath towels. The conversation when I went to the office to ask for more made me feel as if they felt my request was an unreasonable one and an imposition to them. Other than that, our stay was everything I could have expected.

Clean facilities, reasonable rates, easy to get to and conveniently located near to attractions in the area.

I did not care for the bathroom layout. There were no towel hooks. The color and lighting was not pleasant.

Mold and stains on the old/flat pillows. Blood stain and other stains on the sheets. Leaky shower dripping water all night long. Heat/ac unit does not function properly. Either burning hot or cold. We went able to sleep the whole night as we need to keep switching it back and forth from heat to cool. Temp shown/set does not reflect the temp blown out from unit. So much dust on the heat vent and ceiling fan. We got allergies and sinus from it Noise from upstairs (foot steps, noise from shower, talking) all night long (mid night until after 4am) Bathroom sink is clogged just from washing hands (1 person for 20 seconds) Door does not fit well in the door frame, cold draft all night long. One of the bedsheets keep coming off when we laid on it. Breakfast is just store bought mini muffins and bags of crackers.
