The only complaint was the elevator was out of order and we were on the second floor. Housekeeping came in the room around 9:00. With check out at 12:00, we’re wondering why she let herself in. Luckily, we were dressed.

Room service was very disappointing! I literally had to go each time to tell them to come and clean. I stayed 16 nights, I bet they didn’t touch the floor the whole time during my stay! At some point, I even started buying toilet papers, soaps! ( probably they might give us amenities if we had complained, but I am the kind of person who tells you to do something once or maybe twice and do it myself) If this is addressed to the concerned and the hotel assures us it will never happen again, definitely it’s a hotel I would stay again!

The Mall is just across the street! Staffs at the reception were super nice and helpful! Specially Ms Jenifer and a young lady ( sorry, forgot your name)! The room is spacious, the bed was comfortable.

The pool was closed for repairs. The pool was a major reason I booked the room. They offered to give us a refund and help us locate another room, but my sister was also staying at the same hotel and that just seemed like a logistical nightmare for one night. I can't imagine not having the pool repaired in time for the weekend in 100° temps. I dropped my drink and notified the office and the clerk gave me a couple of towels to clean it up, because housekeeping staff were fine for the night. The amount of dirt that was in the towel was pretty disgusting. Do they not periodically clean the carpet?

The sofa bed is a twin bed instead of the full size I am accustomed to getting when I reserve a room with a sofa bed. I needed it for my 2 grandchildren. The room was too small to use a twin air mattress to accommodate my needs since the sofa bed was not full sized. I had planned to stay 3 days. I canceled the rest of my stay and reserved a larger room in another hotel

Unfortunatly the breakfast was no longer offered as part of the stay. Hotel guests would now be charged $10 a person for breakfast. In the future, this will be taken into consideration when booking a place to stay.

When I booked our room, it said breakfast included ala carte. Not true. They have a "bistro" that you have to pay for. I thought you could get a muffin or fruit or something when it said breakfast included.

This survey mentioned I requested a quiet room, I don't remember that...? The seats at the bar were ackward. I had an issue with my reservation name and the desk attendant suggested that I CALL BOOKING.COM LOL! Even though I could provide the confirmation email with confirmation number, my reservation could not be found (a little stressful as I had already received the text from my credit card issuing payment). Once I figured out my error (reservation name), all was good, but then I received another email listing my price $5 higher (I disputed with my credit card company and all is good now. The 'Call Booking.com' suggestion was ridiculous.

Big lobby area - one could find a semi-private area anywhere, nice bar, great bartender, great happy hour at the Bistro, clean lounge area, plug-in's for cell phones in lounge area, clean lounge area, clean outside loung area, compy round couch in room, the free breakfast was all we needed on this trip, but the Bistro has a great selection on menu items, compfy bed.
