In my opinion, this location does not measure up to the previous Marriott locations we have used in the past.

The pool was closed due to maintenance, the room was ok but there were a lot of imperfections in it (things that could have been fixed to be in tip top shape), I didn't get a receipt and was told they don't give receipts bc it's from Booking.com (never had this problem before), they didn't mention incidentals during check in and j got charged for more. The stay was overall OK but I have had much better stays at other Marriotts.

The hotel was pretty empty, it was very quiet.

The Ice machines didn’t work. None of the mini fridges in the room were working properly. Stains on the carpets. Needed milk for my son and there was nothing in the market.

The only minor dislike compared to other hotels was not having a good breakfast available. It is nearly expected in other places where I stay.

The shower door handle was broken, the air conditioner sounded like it would be taking off any minute and the toilet kept flushing. And their was no breakfast unless you payed for it.

The place was falling to bits, in urgent need of full refurb. Room furniture was tatty, there were stains on the walls, elevator was sketchy as. The whole hotel had rather a funky smell. Pool seemed moth balled. Can't believe Marriott would put their name on this dump.

Front desk could not contact guest rooms by phone…nor could guest in rooms contact front desk, Cleaning Staff neglected to clean my room therefore dirty room with no clean towels, when a blanket was needed and requested the staff person didn’t provide a blanket for pull out bed but provided a shower curtain as covering, visibly old dirt in corners, old stained carpet on floors, broken balcony door which left door unlocked and my safety compromised… so was moved to a different room, large cock roach in closet, when needed a set of towels received one large unfolded dingy towel with marks on it, stumped my toes on unleveled elevator floor, staff person tried to enter my room unannounced at approximately 7:30pm, she explained she was checking rooms, over all bed linen was old and dingy with a grayish discoloration, although clean makeup marks remained on pillow cases from prior guests stays

The hotel was musty smelling, the carpet was very dingy and needs replaced (while hotel), there were not many food options in their snack late food area, then the ice machines were not working on 3rd floor or second floor so I got ice by the lobby and when I tasted it it obviously had not been cleaned on a while. Tasted moldy. Then the internet didn't work and the desk said it was down until Monday. Then early .morning the whole hotel lost power ?? I couldn't even dry may hair or get ready. This place is terrible 😔😔😔😔. Do not stay here

Air conditioner leaked and the rug was wet half way across the room. They had a pipe burst and we had no water. When we did get water it was dirty and blocked the showerhead. We had to get our room changed. The tv did not work right. We had to have the it people come to the room twice to reboot the tv.
