The property was very close to where I was visiting some friends that I haven’t seen in a long time. I did find the property, the room and the general grounds to be in good condition and clean. There was a guest directly above me for some reason in the late evening it sounded like they were re-raging all the furniture so I’m not sure what was going up there in room 309.

Noisy, noisy. What is with one inch gap at bottom of door on tile floor? Didn’t want me to miss any hallway conversations? Toilet ran every half hour. Electrical outlets at bed side didn’t work. Ice machine on my floor did not work.

Lots of noise. You hear noise from the guests, housekeeping and the nearby streets. So if you are looking for a quiet room this is not the place. Also rod in the shower was completely rusted, did not feel clean

The only compliant I have where the pillows. They where quite lumpy and seemed cheap. Didn't go with the quality of everything else in the room

We really liked the room We got one of the newly upgraded rooms. The beds where lovely and big, really spacious shower with good pressure and heat. Room was nice and clean.

The biggest issue that concerned me was that the property was under renovation without prior knowledge. That might have changed our decision to choose a different property. There was a small issue with the tv remote, but that was solved relatively quickly.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. We also enjoyed the evening food choices as well.

The TV didn't have all the channels working, was told maybe due to something with Cable company. Who knows. We left room and came back around 3pm and our room still was not cleaned. They show up a few minutes later but we and most guests would expect it to be cleaned by 3pm. Just asked for towels and toiletries. If we book a room and have 3 people staying you would think they should have towels for as many as the room can accommodate. not the case only towels for 2. Loud guests and elevator smelled like weed...my daughter even commented on the stench.

Rooms were good and the bed was comfortable. Location was easy to find and ample parking and security including police patrols.

Maid for my room wasn’t pleasant. She lost out on a tip. The male at the service desk was very unpleasant at checkout. The tv did not work when I arrived but issue was resolved next day. No linen available for sofa bed on arrival.

The chick that cooks in the kitchen was very rude to my family so we spent our money at Denny's across the street. I have tried to speak with the manager there, told her I wanted to talk with her in person, left my room number and phone number with her front desk ppl who were very helpful and concerned about the coworker being rude. One of the front desk ppl even suggested that I leave my phone number upon leaving for the manager to reach out- NOTHING! She don't give a damn and NEVER called to see what I wanted. So for that reason I do not plan to visit again even though it was a decent hotel. I met some sweet people and the rest of the staff was great. I was supposed to get breakfast with my reservation... NOT. I didn't even have a chance to explain this cuz the chick was rude... I didn't even get a chance to explain that to her or the manager. Anyways, that was a bummer, but the hotel is good.

Nice hotel and the location is kinda close to everywhere we had to go ( like 15-20 minutes) CVS was in walking distance. The front desk staff was very nice and friendly. The hotel itself was nice and the rooms were clean, but the rooms were right at the brink of needing a refresher, which I was told remodeling was happening soon. The pool area was good n clean, both worked just fine. The location is right off the street and was a bit nosey, but that was fine because I am a night owl anyways.

The only thing that we didn't like to much was, that on the balcony was no safety net. I think it is not so safe on the 5th floor with kids.

The room was nice and comfortable, the kids loved the pool. The staff was very nice. The location was perfect. It was very close to the beach and other places we wanted to visit.
