It was nets in the room. The sofa was stained. The tub took 5 to 10 minutes to drain the water out. The towels were dirty-looking.

The carpets are dirty and smelly. The ice machine doesn't work on either floor 2 or 3. The pool looked like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Breakfast is supposed to come with it in the morning go downstairs and get a brown paper bag. If you order food delivery they will have to leave it at the front office. They can't bring anything to you. What a inconvenience they won't even call to tell you your food is even there. The vending machines mostly empty and a can soda cost 2.00. Better not be thirsty. Upon check in I over heard staff will not give you quarters to wash. On I think between there 3 or 6 night we stayed, it was puddles of blood dropping on the in floor in front of the elevator also inside the elevator it looked as if someone had been stabbed or something on the elevator was a puddle of blood with a shoe print like it had been there awhile so me being a good person I got tell the front desk on night shift and they looks at angrily like I had something to do with it. We had just got in from grabbing food but either way it is unsanitary to have open blood like that and you can tell the did a poor job of cleaning it up. But we took the stairs

I liked the patio. The lady that checked me was very nice and very much accommodating to my needs. She gave choices of rooms to choose from. I needed a clean tub with no mold or black spots on the wall.

Website states, security deposit will be returned within 7 days. I have not received anything back after a week. I called and was told it would take 10 business days. Very misleading.

I know the hotel was in the process of a transition of ownership, but the carpet had huge oil looking stains on it. The furniture needs replacing.

One of the managers I talked to several times during my visit. He was very accommodating if I needed anything such as towels, if I needed my room cleaned, etc. My television wasn’t working and he personally fixed it.

That’s there was some mechanical issues with the lights in the bathroom , it was a bug crawling around which caused me to change rooms , and nobody really came to my room and make my bed or bring me no more towels.

I stayed here for a little over a week while I was in between leases and the afternoon and night staff were absolutely awful. I had never been treated so badly as a guest of a hotel anywhere I have ever stayed than at this Oyo townhome hotel. This was my first and hopefully will be my last time staying at this hotel. The staff watch you like you are on house arrest or something and the man working night shift is the worst of them. During check-in he did not smile at all, no type of welcoming attitude or aura. They did not have a cart available for me to bring in my stuff and take to my room. I had quite a few bags since my storage was closed for the night but the night shift man told me everything would have to be brought in through the front even though my room was all the way at the back door. So my brother and I had to lug everything through the hotel with no cart. I called ahead of time to check whether the hotel was pet friendly and was told it is not, but immediately after checking in as I walked down the hallway back toward my brother’s car to get the rest of my things (he drove me to the hotel & was keeping my dog and cat for the week) the night shift front desk man said to me, “if you bring that dog in here we’re going to have a problem.” I hadn’t said anything to him and my dog was still sitting in the car because my brother was keeping her for the week. I was confused why he would threaten me when I hadn’t said anything about my dog but I responded by saying, “yea…. She’s going home with my brother.” That was the 1st rude incident and I hadn’t been there more than 20 minutes. A couple days after I ordered a pizza for dinner. All guests and delivery people are required to come through the front door which wasn’t an issue. But a couple hours after, a friend of mine came to visit me at my room. When I went up front to meet my friend I was told I needed to “reduce my traffic.

It’s very close to many gentleman clubs, other night life, and restaurants. Room prices are very reasonable: Although it is far from continental, they serve breakfast. Room is equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, 40~in: flatscreen tv. And large windows. Morning front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, they price match their room rates.

The floors were dirty, like they needed to be swept. The sofa bad was like falling apart. The balcony door kept getting stuck open, hard to close. The morning front desk worker was rude.

It was clean and well kept, the hotel is fully gated so never felt like there was anyone roaming around. The bed was comfortable and staff was friendly! I had zero bugs and have not seen one! I was skeptic due to previous reviews but I think all these people expected champagne on a beer budget.

- Multiple stains on carpet. Was someone killed in here or what?! - Stained curtain shades - Stained lampshades - Bedside/nightstand light not working upon check-in, but issue was later fixed - Bedside/nightstand outlets were loose (plugs fall out easily) - No microwave The lobby looked promising, but this hotel room was not it! The hotel is located in an industrial area and prostitutes roamed the nearby streets. This didn't bother me at all, and I still felt safe. We previously stayed in a nicer hotel in San Francisco, CA and I was still accosted by the homeless right outside the hotel entrance. At least the prostitutes didn't get in my face and ask for money. However, this hotel room was a major downgrade compared to Alexis Hotel in Dallas. If the carpets, curtain shades and lampshades were changed, it would make the biggest difference! At the very least, the owners could invest in a carpet shampooer for the Housekeeping staff.

There were weird stains in the bathtub and the toilet. Alot of cracks in the bathroom floor. The elevator floor was constantly sticky. It also looked like they would have a better selection of food for breakfast but the big section they had for it is just for show.

Floors dirty. Carpet needs to be shampooed. If it was my building I’d replace it. Elevator had some kind of liquid on the floor that stink and it was there when I checked in and when I checked out lol. But I mean you get what you pay for.

Ac was cold room Was clean people working there were very nice. I saw a guy get caught up with two chicks lmao so that was funny nobody got hurt. And the price you really can’t beat.

Checked in about 9pm, there was no power on TV, microwave and some lamps in the room. Asked for maintenance, but didn't show up. At 11am next day I asked to change rooms. They gave me one that didn't have fridge. Then the 3rd room they provided was in working conditions.
