The outside fire pit was a nice feature, but caused the noise outside our room to go into the night.

Location was conveniently located between the airport and the hospital where we needed to visit family. Thought the breakfast was included (free), but it wasn't; that's OK. At least there was a place to get a good meal early. Plenty of private seating to meet with family members. Very helpful staff at the front desk and at the bistro.

The pool was closed which was not disclosed. They will not be reopening it. We stayed for a softball tournament so a pool was a must. The dryer was broken. How hard would it be to replace a dryer?! We needed it. Ice machines were not on every floor which made the few available low or out of ice regularly. They don't even provide coffee in the morning. over priced

We had a very good experience at this hotel. The front desk staff were very helpful with our requirements and our breakfast was made to order. This location was close to where we needed to be, and close enough to get an Uber Chauffeur to Washington DC. It was only a short distance from Dulles, and the airport shuttle was on demand. We would recommend this hotel.

It did seem a bit understaffed in the morning during check out. It was only one person working between the front desk and the breakfast area. I guess I would chalk it up to murphy's law. It may not be busy during that time normally, but when it does get busy, it would appear to not be prepared for the rush.

Everything was very pleasant and comfortable. We enjoyed the stay the professional staff and location to our event we had to attend. Clean comfortable and convenient location.

We didn't like how soft the pillows were or how easy it was to hear other occupants who were outside the hotel.

We booked this hotel last minute. The room was clean and attractive. The bathroom appeared to be clean. We enjoyed the water temperature and pressure. We also liked that the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were in pump dispensers on the shower wall. The bed was mostly comfortable. It didn't have that weird feeling like the feet were higher than the head. When other residents were very loud in the courtyard, the attendant stopped it as soon as we brought it to her attention.

staff was very welcoming, the pool area was mediocre at best and the water was legit freezing !!! my child was looking forward to swimming and unfortunately couldn’t bear the freezing temp. for an indoor pool it definitely was not heated. carpet in our room was never vacuumed before we arrived and near the window there was a tear in the carpet. our closet door also had a crack in the glass that was covered with a clear piece of tape. for someone with a baby it was a little alarming. other than that the staff was great and the room was comfortable! perfect location !

Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. All the staff were incredibly nice and very helpful. Also - the room was very quiet - slept well. Also 2 - they are happy to drive you anywhere with (I think) 5 miles. I needed something from Walmart and they drive me there and then back. highly recommend.
