Our rooms were not freshened after the first night. No clean towels were brought in. No new coffee cups were brought in. Trash wasn’t emptied. I was also surprised that the price of the rooms were different. I booked both rooms. But my sister stayed in one and she paid for it with her card. One was $12 more than the other one. The one with the balcony was less than the one without the balcony. The receipts and the emails did not have the correct names connected with the room numbers. So it was a little confusing trying to sort out everything. And both of the receipts in the emails were for the same room. There wasn’t a receipt for one of the rooms, two receipts with different names for one room. So a little confusing on the organization of the paperwork side.

Unfortunately, they don’t respond or review the messages and requests sent to them via Booking app, which could result in some unpleasant circumstances, like my case, I have booked two rooms and request them to be connected or next to each others. But when I arrived, I found out they booked two location that are opposite to each other and the Gentleman on the reception could not do anything unless it’s approved by his manager.

Airport shuttle of this hotel starts later and ends earlier than other hotels nearby (including the other courtyard and the two Mariott's nearby).

Conveniently located close to the aiport, clean, modern, friendly staff. Low hassle check in and check out. I checked in after midnight and that was no problem.

The staff was not warm or welcoming. They need a lesson in good customer service.

There’s no free water bottles in the rooms, and there’s not a lot of restaurants nor convenience stores in the walkable area so everything has to be delivered if you don’t have a car.

My room was nice but the sink was stopped up and there was no maintenance person. The room I was transferred to wasn’t as renovated. There was a stale smell and a pest issue in the bathroom. (Ants all over the floor and a huge spider)

The bed mattress was too soft and deep. I wanted something a bit more firm.

The court yard in the middle was beautiful, with chairs for each room to relax on. The hotel is in a very quite location, surrounded by trees and nature. I will sure come again.

I was unpleasantly surprised to find out upon arrival that complimentary transportation to the airport could not be guaranteed. I chose to stay here because of the advertised free shuttle to the airport; otherwise, I would have stayed in a place closer to amenities such as shopping and restaurants. In the end, we were provided a ride to the airport. I was quite surprised to see that the mode of transportation was a Suburban or Tahoe SUV, rather than a proper minibus like all other airport hotels use in the area. As a result, we had to sit uncomfortably close to other passengers, and to top everything else, the driver did not wear a mask! He insisted he was vaccinated. I found this to be quite shocking as you can still spread the virus even if vaccinated. As a result of this experience, I cannot recommend this particular Courtyard to anyone who requires airport transportation.

The Courtyard is very modern and tastefully decorated. The rooms are a nice size and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was also very clean and I preferred the walk-in glass shower they have in the rooms rather than curtains.
