You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaFirst room was bad: Located 1st floor on the parking lot and a curtain loop was broken on the privacy drape. Dealbreaker was when I turned back the bed there was a stain… at least I hope it was a stain. Concierge moved me no problem. Great room on 3rd floor. Part of the reason I chose this hotel was because it has a “restaurant”. I made the reservation several months ago and didn’t know how the Covid restrictions would be. Bartender was pleasant and efficient. Burger was TERRIBLE. Tasted reheated and microwaved. Fries were marginally better and there were a lot of them. I have no problem paying $10 or more for a good burger but I wouldn’t take another of theses at any price. You can’t bill yourself as having a restaurant with a fantastic “bistro burger” and serve something so subpar. I was there for 2 nights. Got the rest of my meals elsewhere.
Concierge was outstanding. Restaurant/bartender very nice and accommodating.

United States of AmericaThere was no hot water in the morning and I overheard a staff member say that it was a known issue. Maintenance had called someone earlier in the week to get it fixed but it had not been fixed as of yet. Being on a timeline and needing to shower, and paying nearly $200 with taxes and fees, not having hot water for a shower is not acceptable. It finally got fixed, but I was late to the event I was in town for. Also, mold/ mildew in the shower is not acceptable or safe. I also feel that paying this much, a breakfast would have been included. I was highly disappointed and will never stay at a courtyard again.

United States of AmericaWell first off i reserved a king size room with a sofa bed. When i checked in i got a handicap room with no sofa bed. So it wasn’t the room i paid for. Then i went out for supper come back and tried to relax and watch a movie. The room above me was so loud i couldn’t watch the movie. I gave it a hour and they continued to be noisy so i called front desk. Asked for another room. She said they couldn’t do that but would call and tell them to quite. Well that made it much more worse. I gave it another hour and then i went to the front desk. I insisted on a refund to go to another hotel because this was a mini vacation. The attendant said she couldn’t do that and gave another room. Well the other room was just as bad. Thumping running and jumping alnight long. Started at 2 am and went alnight. Then doors started slamming at 6 am. Didn’t get any rest. So i will not be staying at this hotel ever again.

United States of AmericaI got there to check in at 4:30 and the room wasn't clean yet and they said it wouldn't be clean for several hours. They didn't have enough staff to clean it and they had a bunch of prior guests rrquesr late check outs. They said they would call me when it was ready and they never called. I had to call them later that evening to make sure it was ready and not given away to someone else. If the room is booked you cant allow late check outs. I had to get ready for the event I had that evening in my car. They said I could use the public bathroom to get ready. I wasn't able to take a shower and I really needed one after a 5 hour drive. I can understand being short staffed but the property should have alerted me that the room wasnt going to be ready. I was comimg from Nashville and could have showered and got ready there before we came to Johnson city. Plus where we were staying was 30 minutes from the event and it could have saved us drive time because we would have gone straight to the event.
The room was nice and the bed is super comfy. That is why we have always stayed at courtyard marriott.
