Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A lot of marijuana smoke smell through out the halls but our room did not smell and it was clean comfortable. Wish they still had a hot tub like their pictures.
Nice location, nice decor, comfy bed and nice towels. Also great AC!

Price was high for what it was. However, there wasn't many options with the Dodgers coming to town so pickings were slim. Also, if there was breakfast available, I'm not sure where it would have been set up at. We had confirmed the time upon arrival and went down with still an hour left and nothing was out. Please don't advertise free breakfast if nothing but coffee is going to be set out for guest.
Room size was fantastic! The bed was comfortable, and I like that the shower is separate from the sink/vanity area so no one is hogging an area too long.

The entry into the hallways and outside is kind of dirty but the rooms are okay.

The thermostat in my room is on the fritz. I thought there was a hot tub based on photos online, there’s only a pool.

A little short staffed- our room was not cleaned properly. I had to move the big chair/loveseat to get something that rolled under it. There were old wrappers, crumbs, and plastic pieces under there.
Convenient to everything we want to do. Plenty of space for us and our dog.

The sofa bed is only big enough for one adult or 2 little kids. It is the most uncomfortable sofa bed we have experienced in a hotel. There was not enough food or drink for breakfast. Breakfast tables were all filthy. They should have 2 people monitoring this area to make sure tables are clean and food restocked.
The beds were comfortable. Towels were fluffy.

My 2 bedroom suite was overbooked and I was offered a king suite instead. with a family of 5 this was incredibly inconvenient. My reservations were made over a week beforehand and I didn't know about this until I was less than an hour away from my 4 hour trip, well past when I could have checked in and taking away my ability to find another place to stay in a timely manner.

Our room was a king suit and it did not have the bedding for the pull out couch. When I called the front desk to ask where in the room they were located, I was told they held additional bedding at the front desk and that I would have to go get it myself. They stated there was no place to put the bedding in the rooms so they keep it at the front desk. It’s was a little disappointing to hear since our room had plenty of places to store bedding including a closet. Our plane arrived at 9pm so we did not check in till past 10pm… The property was made aware of this prior to our stay. I feel the front desk staff could inform guests with pullout couches or extra sleeping areas in case they’d like to grab one at the time of check-in. It was very inconvenient to have to head back downstairs late night, after just being downstairs to check in.
The facility was nice, the courtyard was set up with lounging chairs and a fire pit. The shower was amazing!
