I didn’t like that the price for parking was not included with the room charge. I also did not like that there was no continental breakfast options. The prices for the convenience store on premise could have been cheaper and had more of a variety.

I liked the size of the rooms and the comfort of the rooms. The modern design was appealing and the hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was great amenities and the pool area was clean and stocked with plenty of towels.

Many hotels offer complemenatary coffee. This one does not.

The food that we ordered from the cafe was a little pricey.

There wasn’t a lot of breakfast options, and they were expensive. I wish they had offered a continental breakfast.

The property was clean and updated. The rooms were clean and smelled great, and the bed was super comfy.

Did not like the charge for parking.we had reservations for the restaurant the next day and parked between the hotel and restaurant. Very unfair Also charge for food was way too high just to charge to the room

On the day we were to check out at 9:30 am, housekeeping came knocking, and when the door was opened it was hard to understand what she was requesting because she just mumbled something and walked off. Even with me still standing in the door way and asking how i could help her.

Shower floor is narrow and uncomfortable. BIG PROBLEM IS THEY CHARGED $12 FOR PARKING IN A PARKING LOT. THIS WAS NOT DISCLOSED EITHER WHEN BOOKING OR AT CHECKIN, BUT ONLY AT CHECKOUT! SNEAKY DISGRACE!!

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The HVAC unit in the room kept making this extremely loud clicking sound and waking me every 30 minutes. Lastly, I did not like the parking fee surprise at the end of the bill. There was absolutely no reason for a “daily parking” fee.

Extra charge for parking, breakfast and coffee. A little pricey but not unexpected in this location.

Great location close to anything you might need. Next to good restaurants. Clean, comfortable room and friendly staff.

We were assigned a handicap accessible room which had a bathroom devoid of cabinets or table tops to put out my toiletries. Only a sink attached to the wall. Why were we assigned this room? We didn't ask for it. Also they charged you extra 10.00 for parking! When has an American convenience hotel charged me for parking?

there was no breakfast, no continental breakfast either. the coffee in the room of Course is sub par so I went to the Starbucks in the lobby. They had no breakfast sandwiches, not even croissants. a plain bagel was 5.00!

Probably due to Covid, the bar/restaurant was woefully under-stocked so no chance of grabbing a late dinner after arriving. Ice machines only on 2 of the 5 floors? Weird. Pillows were like crackers.

Very friendly staff. Quiet, large rooms if a little dated. Free, decent wifi, two outside restaurant choices right next door (NOT gourmet, but decent food for a late night arrival).

Quieter and less disruptive

The television went off at 2am by itself with a thank you for staying message. It woke me up and was definitely not appreciated since we had to be up at 4:30 for a dance competition. Some to look into that?
